  Preferred membership is worth the cost

  The swim in out suite was as advertised, especially when the weather turn bad. You have the option of relaxing in the room and still have the chance of enjoying the "pool" experience. Thee selection of restaurant made it easier to decide where to go. We enjoyed our experience at the resort and would be returning later in the year.

  Wonderful resort

  2nd trip to this fabulous resort! Such a great experience. We love the lazy river and water slides, zip line, pools, activities, beach volleyball and size of this resort. The staff are wonderful, especially Victor and Michael Jordan on the entertainment staff! The shows were great and we enjoyed the arcade as a family :)

  Preferred Club, Great Stay

  We stayed in December for 2 weeks travelling from the UK. We stayed Preferred Club and travelled as a couple with no children. Preferred Club was worth it for us as we like adults only areas and a la carte restaurants. With Preferred, we got an a la carte breakfast and lunch option which we enjoyed. We also got a butler but we didn't use this service very much. Food across the resort was good, we tried all a la carte restaurants with our favourites being the Asian and French. Cannot comment on the buffet as we only really went there for breakfast occasionally. I have coeliac disease so must eat gluten free and my partner has a nut allergy. When mentioned at the check in desk, we were provided with letters explaining what we couldn't eat, in Spanish, to show at every restaurant. This was so helpful, and staff always made sure to ask about our allergies, with some staff remembering them every time they saw us. As a coeliac, I found I never went hungry, plenty to eat but not masses of dessert options (panna cotta, creme brulee and fruit). Drinks were good across all bars and restaurants, with premium drinks being available in the Preferred lounge and Preferred pools. We bring insulated cups and I recommend this as it keeps drinks cold. Coco Cafe was nice for a coffee or hot chocolate and they had lots of cakes and snacks (I couldn't eat them but they looked nice!) The staff are incredible here and make the resort what it is. The majority of people we interacted with were lovely, enthusiastic and always so happy. We have to give huge thanks to Katerin (hostess), Telemin, Johnny (Walker), Daniel, Yocaima, Angel and Cristian (waiters) and Elias and Moises (Adults only pool) who went above and beyond each and every time. Our butler Carlos was helpful when we requested things, although we didn't use this service very often. The room was clean and tidy, although some of the furniture was worn, but this is very minor. The grounds are also well kept and the pools and pool areas are tidy. Activities occur throughout the day and we took part in yoga and paint and sip which were good fun. There is an evening entertainment schedule, we enjoyed the circus night and karaoke, but opted to play cards in the preferred lounge for other nights as the shows weren't always our thing. Overall, the resort is lovely and the staff are friendly. Food is good, and any allergies should be mentioned on check in so that you're provided with an allergy letter. We can't comment on the beach as we didn't really spend time there but the waves looked rather rough from what we saw!

  Best resort by far!!!

  This is my second time at the dreams Macao just in the last 3 months. I absolutely love everything about this hotel and how the staff treats everyone with love and affection and always smiling but what I loved the most was how the entertainment team treated my mother and grandmother everyday. They danced and made them laugh all day. They truly made us feel like family. I've been travelling the last 13 years and this has been the best resort by far and will definitely be back again. Would like to thank, Mosquito, William, Jhonny bravo, Francesca, loli pop, luci, ninja, baby face, la ticher, Victor, Sammy, Nina, Justin Bieber, the mother, choa Luis, Rihanna, Betty Boo, Hector el sastre, Claudio decorado, Yoan, marjani, lindura, dj peluche, chocolate, Rapunsel, Moana, Diana, la Negra, dj Carlo, Rosa, dj coca cola, and the boss of everything Jose Tolentino!!

  Great entertainment staff . They all couldn't do enought for you. 😍😍😍

  I wanted to write a review about our experience with the entertainment staff at Dreams Macao. It's clear to see that they work incredibly hard throughout the day to make sure everyone is enjoying their holiday and all deserve their own recognition. The entertainment staff include : Mosquitos , Williams,Jhonny bravo , Chao Luis ,Franchesca ,Loli pop ,Lucy ,Ninja 🥷 ,Baby face,La Ticher , Víctor ,Sammy, Nina , Justin bieber, The mother ,Rihanna ,Bethy boo ,Héctor el sastre , Claudio decorado , YoanIt's , a breath of fresh air to see a lovely group of people who clearly love their job. Throughout the day they get people involved around the pool dancing and enjoying themselves. The shows during the evenings are well put together and really enjoyable to watch. We found ourselves arriving there early so we could get a good seat. I wish I could mention all the staff at Dreams Macao as we were impressed with everyone and they all contributed to us having an amazing time. We would love to return here one day and highly recommend Dreams Macao as the entertainment is second to none.
