    Great family experience

    Enjoyed this resort a lot, it’s very family oriented, but they also have a pool area with no children, which is nice. The food was very good compared to other resorts I’ve visited in the past. Staff were great in general and very friendly. Jose was my butler, he was amazing. I would definitely recommend him as your butler. And please make sure you tip the workers and your butler. They all work so hard.

    Favorite Dreams Resort

    One of our favorite Dreams resorts in DR. Superb service! This resort has it all- waterparks for little and big kids, arcade with VR and bowling (extra charge, but you can buy a package), nice spa and gym, kids club for younger and older kids. Very clean property. Plenty of food options- reservations are not needed, except for hibachi table (a must do if you like hibachi). Pools are nice with daily entertainment. Night shows were fun too! Dominican hospitality is the best!!!

    Christmas family trip

    Beware, the beach is not suitable for children MUCH too big waves It's a beach for surfers. Otherwise the pool water is a little chilly. The restaurant is great but the food is OKAY nothing for impress. No cocktails specialties on the whole site. No steak in the buffet. The santa claus on the 25 came to save the Christmas gateway because the site was not decorated at all the whole week of Christmas. Only the 24 and 25. In other words don't go there for Christmas. Thank you for Alejandro el Chef, Octavio el Chef, Kelvin and Melvin in the buffet, Kenia and Luisa Maria in the coffee shop, Carmen and Aleyda ours housekeeper.

    Amazing!

    From the day we arrived to the day we left, we had a great experience. We were welcomed with drinks and staff were extremely friendly. The hotel and rooms were well maintained and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Punta Cana. They also accommodated halal food for us as a bonus!

    Dreams baby

    Great vacation prior to Christmas. Hotel is very clean, pools were great, rooms were expected. Food was no problem with many options. Entertainment staff will keep you on your heels and involve the kids for sure. William, Johnny B, Justin Bieber, baby face, lollipop we're great entertainment staff. Have a great time.
