    Great Staff Service

    We had a great experience at this hotel and Eliza Gonzalez was exceptional! She was very professional and attended to our needs without hesitation and always a smile. Eliza made us feel comfortable and appreciated as guests on the property

    A regrettable culinary disaster

    First the service and location at the resort we really great. The two star rating comes solely from the food. My daughter got food poising on the 4th night and we had to miss our excursion the next day for which we weren’t refunded (but that’s another story). The food at this resort is barely edible with the lowest quality ingredients one could fathom. It’s such a shame to have a beautiful beach, attentive staff, and to essentially be served prison food.

    Food poisoning

    I had severe food poisoning from Himatsu and was not comped at all. Instead I was charged even more. Reports were taken, I had to pay to see the resort doctor and pay for the antibiotics to kill the parasite. Getting sick at your resort cost me an overall almost $2,000 and no blinked an eye. Then the house keeping wanted to charge because of cleaning more because I had violent throwing up and other end episodes. I was so upset Inapent three days in paradise in bed and no one cared.

    Amazing resort, friendly staff, great drinks, great food, great ambiance, beautiful beach, clean rooms, everything is easy accessible, resort has a very fun water park for kids and adults to enjoy! Definitely a resort I would come back to when I have a family

    Entertainment Team is the best!

    The entertainment team at Dreams Macao really put our vacation over the top! We have 5 children aged 8-16 and that team really engaged them and developed fun relationships with our children! My daughter LOVED Barbie and my son LOVED Teddy! They would pull them into their entertainment and give them lots of attention. The entertainment team was so incredibly talented and we loved interacting with all of them! Thanks to Johnny Bravo, Lindura, Moana, Rosa, Tairis, Sammy, Betty Boop, and Nina! The resort overall is beautiful - one of the prettiest locations and grounds we have been to! Loved the two bedroom villa option for our family of 7 and loved all of the activities for everyone!
