Jan 08, 2025Relaxing 5 days in Cabo sunshine!
The resort is beautiful with stunning views and spacious rooms. My college boys were bored after 4 days here but my husband and I found the atmosphere relaxing and quiet. Food service is slow but quality of food is very good. The staff works very hard and are all very friendly. We enjoyed all the restaurants but our favorites were Bordeaux and Seaside Grill. We rented a cabana for a day and it’s absolutely one of our favorite experiences. Worth the money! We had a beautiful family suite with ocean views. We could see the whales every morning from balcony. House keeping was efficient and good about bringing more bottles water every day. We enjoyed traveling to Cabo Son Lucas for lunch at The Office!

Beach side
Great service, not so great food. Mercedes and Ruffo in particular were amazing!! Drinks were never empty and we always had spits on the beach. Room service was different however they took mire than an hour or didnt show at all. Margarita was also especially helpful during check in!

Staff is amazing, resort is aging
The facility is definitely aging and could be seen in our room with the phone handset not working and broken curtains in the bedroom. There were also stains on much of the furniture. What makes the resort so wonderful is the amazing staff. Everyone is so attentive and friendly, especially the entertainment team and housekeeping.

Family trip
It was very customer oriented. We enjoyed being on the beach. Lots of activities offered. Rooms were attended to twice a day. Rooms were clean and staff were responsive. Variety of options in restaurants and room service. Size of resort was ideal for our family
