    Very nice property and a great location

    After my last day at a Hyatt property in Cozumel, I swore I’d never go back. But it was a big family get together and celebration. I was pleasantly surprised. The property itself is great. Sits right on the water, although the beaches are not swimmable, But we were entertained with whales and lots of jumping fish. The property has a nice vibe and is very safe and secure. We had a couple of service hiccups like waiting 2 1/2 hours for breakfast room service that was delivered to another room and sitting 60 minutes waiting for a table that was empty at one of the restaurants. We really enjoyed the French restaurant all in all it was a really good visit.

    Had a great week

    We had a great stay for a week. By the end of the week it was very crowded due to Spring Break. The adult pool is wonderful! Food was good. We especially liked Seaside Grill for breakfast and lunch. The servers were very good, Irwin treated us very well! Only downside was restrooms near adult pool were often not working.

    First Class Service

    Mercedes made our trip! Pool side service was first class! Please be sure to move him forward - he is the kind of person who keeps people coming back. There were other aspects of Dreams we enjoyed but he was #1! Be sure you sit facing the ocean by the pool, he’ll find you!

    Will be back!

    We had a great trip! Nico, Manuel, and Nirvana with the entertainment crew were so much fun and so engaged with everyone. The food was decent, we enjoyed the dinners more than any other meals. The beds were a little hard but overall our room was great.

    AMAZING SERVICE. I LOVE RUFFO AND ALDAIR. GREAT DRINKS AND BEAUTIFUL MEN. OCEAN IS GORGEOUS, COOCHIE COOCHIE DRINKS, FULL SERVINGS, YUMMY HOT DOGS. I LIKE DRINKING MY BEST DRINKS IN CAB SAN LUCA. I LOVE THIS PLACEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
