Our stay at Secrets La Romana in the Dominican Republic was incredible. When we arrived, we were welcomed with smiles, stunning views, and service that exceeded all expectations. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. What made our experience unforgettable was our personal butler, Byron. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging dinner reservations or checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, Byron always anticipated our needs with professionalism and genuine care. His attentiveness and kindness made us feel not only cared for, but truly valued.

Secrets La Romana was the best
Bayahibe did not disappoint 🌴✨ Secrets La Romana had superb food, amazing service & staff who went above and beyond. We originally planned on staying in Punta Cana, but changed because of the Saragossa. We were extremely happy with our decision.

Unforgettable, Fun, and Amazing Experience
Our experience here at Secrets La Romana was a trip to remember! We had a 10/10 wonderful time. Everybody was very attentive, appreciative, and thoughtful. We would like to thank Fernan, Josnayder, and Santa for their great services! The food was excellent, the entertainment was spot on, and the beaches and pools were clean. The overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to visit again, thank you!

Clean Resort!! 10/10 Experience
I really enjoyed my stay here. It was an easy check in and check out process. Lines were not long at all due to how efficiently the staff moves to get people checked in quickly. The beaches had no seaweed. We went during labor day weekend. It was not packed to where you had to rush to get a seat near the beach. The towel station always had towels, water was always filled near the swim-up pool. Overall the entire resort was clean. Bathrooms always had soap and paper towels. The staff was respectful and one thing that really stood out to me was how the staff did not stand around waiting for a tip after they do something for you. When I went to Jamaica, the staff always waited a few seconds after expecting a tip. The staff did not do that here at all. I did tip all the time and they were very appreciative. Take advantage of the free water activities provided by the resort! They had several timings available, unlike other resorts where you have to book at least a week in advance for free resort activities. If you want a relaxing, kid free vacation, this is the place to stay!

Always a great experience
This is the second time that I have been to this resort. I had such a wonderful time the first time I just had to go back. The service and accommodations are excellent. We stay on the adult preferred side which is quiet and relaxing always. I always have great service but it is wonderful to get service that is above and beyond. Raphael in the grill in the morning cooks my eggs perfectly and goes out of his way to make sure that they are the very best. Julio at the teppanyaki grill at Sakura absolutely puts on the best show that you can see. Robin in Sakura as a waiter is absolutely excellent and always attentive to your needs. I enjoy a cigar everyday sitting under the large tree in the shade and relaxing. De Los Santos is there to help me with drinks with a pleasant smile and a great attitude. I'm not sure how a vacation could be any more relaxing or enjoyable than coming here and enjoying this place.
