Get me out of here!!!!!!
This is the worst resort that I have ever been to in the Hyatt/UVC chain. I am here now, but I don’t leave until Saturday. I want to leave now. The service everywhere is horrible. I was just sat for breakfast and the table hadn’t been cleared. We had to go get our utensils, cups, coffee. The food is dried out and covered with flies. I settled on a boiled egg and fruit. The preferred club pool is supposed to be adults only. Kids everywhere. We have not had a great meal the whole time that we have been here. Options are very limited and not prepared well. The preferred club lounge food is horrible. Bringing problems to anyone’s attention is next to impossible as every extension from the front desk to room service is busy. We ordered room service for breakfast the night before and it never came. We irdered pizza through room service last night. I think that it had hot dogs on it. Maybe sausage? Gross. I got a salad that was like soup with dressing in it. I could go on and on, but I don’t want to think about this anymore. This resorts only saving grace is a beautiful view

This is a HOTEL not a resort
This is a hotel not a resort. There is one pool and ONE BAR. One small beach area. Minimal seating there and no waiters walking around. “Pool” towels are small bath towels. There’s ONE BUFFET for the whole resort, it’s outside with food uncovered. So we get to fight the flies and birds for our food. I have footage of this as well. I asked where I could get a BOTTLED WATER, she said it’s for PREFERRED MEMBERS ONLY. So we pay THOUSANDS For hyatts preferred membership. We take a tour and like the Infinity pool we were shown during our tour. I messaged our concierge confirming we could go there since we are members now, she confirmed we could. I have that text as well. Funny how we are CONFRONTED BY AN EMPLOYEE AND ESCORTED OUT OF THE AREA BECAUSE WE DO NOT BELONG THERE. I LEFT AND CRIED IN MY ROOM, I WAS SO EMBARRASSED. When we asked the membership office what happened, all of the sudden it’s a different resort and they have access to our resort but not us to theirs?? I am asking for a refund because I feel like they did a bait and switch on us. There’s no cabanas to rent even though it’s on the app they told us to download. As soon as you check in they give you MAPS OF THE TOWN! I’ve never been to an all inclusive and before they tell you their amenities , they give you multiple pages & maps of the city outside of the resort.

This place should be named Nightmares not Dreams.
This place was presented as a 5 star resort when we booked it. It really is worthy of a 2. Many issues and for the price we paid is definitely not worth the money. Poor bar service. Poor restaurant food. Poor sanitation unless you enjoy birds sitting on your food. We have traveled to many resorts in the Caribbean and found this to be the worst we have ever stayed at.

This place should be called Nightmares not Dreams
Poor, Not a 5 Star Resort. I have a complete recap of our visit and cannot seem to get an email address to get information to this resort. We have stayed at many resorts in the Caribbean and have found Dreams to be the poorest resort we have ever stayed at. This place needs a complete overhaul and learn to communicate with their customers. Customer service is lacking, bar service is poor, pools are filthy and no pool bar service. restaurants lack any variety and poor sanitation especially with birds picking at your food

Ok Resort
The resort was ok. The staff was rude no good customer service. The rooms & resort need renovations. The food & drinks on the resort was really good surprisingly. This resort needs a makeover with staff & all. As soon as we checked in the girl was pressuring us to book stuff when we just arrived & didn’t know what we wanted to do. They are only pressuring you because it’s beneficial for them. Kind of annoying. The room was ok only best thing was the view. The bathroom is super small, just felt a little dirty. I would not recommend it here if you are in your 20s early 30s and want to party. This resort allows kids but it was mostly older people. By 10-11 everything was dead.
