Just got back from a week at this resort thank god we had a great group of family and friends to spend the week with so we could have great memories and laughs First the positives but not many the entertainment staff went above and beyond to keep people entertained friendly group the swimming snorkeling was like being in a tropical aquarium NOW the negatives The resort is very run down with high potential if improved. The room smelt very musty, the safe was not bolted in and the keypad would not work took 4 days of asking for it to be replaced the cleaning staff was hit and miss with our rooms not cleaned for days some days no towels or facecloth available some people had floods in their rooms after the rains. The food was terrible cold flies on the trays of cut fruit lunch meats and birds pecking at the breads and desserts there was no toaster as caught on fire the previous week and when one finally appeared was a 2 slicer for a whole resort which broke in 2 days trying to get drinks was also a wait, staff just ignored you. The coffee machine also broke down and staff always late to arrive at the Coco Cafe. One never knew which restaurant would be open each day and the wait was crazy the buffet should be open every night no food is labelled so unsure what it could be and when staff asked for something like butter ketchup they never returned the staff seemed very unhappy and when a medical crisis took place in the restaurant staff disappeared. The beach chairs were filthy and all broken wirh the covers ripped. I'm surprised no one fell through them. Seemed everyone was complaining about the resort. If you want crystal clear waters for snorkeling great place otherwise don't waste your money on this resort.

Not worth the money for the quality of food or management.
Budget resort, great concept, horrible execution. Line staff wanted to be helpful but it's clear that management is very disorganized. Our room was not cooling, we did get moved to a nicer room but it was inconvenient since our friend were on the main resort and we were moved off and very sternly told by management to not allow our friends on the "upgraded" resort side. Food was subpar and drinks were inconsistent in that the same drink tasted different depending on which made it and where. Casino was nice but outdated, you can't make dinner reservations anywhere on resort and beach access was pretty small.

Would have been wonderful.... but illness got in the way.
Before our trip to Dreams Curacao, we read numerous reviews, many of which were quite negative. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel to be very nice and welcoming. We truly believe we would have had an incredible stay if it hadn't been for my husband's unexpected illness. The only area where we feel improvement is needed is the food. While it was acceptable, it didn’t quite meet our expectations and could definitely be improved in terms of quality and variety. Overall, despite the challenges, we were pleased with the accommodations and the overall experience. Our 40th anniversary trip to Dreams Curacao was meant to be a dream vacation, but it turned into an unexpected challenge when my husband had a medical emergency that required an ambulance ride to the hospital. He ended up being hospitalized for the majority of our stay, which was incredibly difficult for both of us. However, the staff at Dreams Curacao went above and beyond to support us during this trying time. Desiree, Penelope, and the kitchen manager were especially accommodating, kind, and caring, showing genuine concern for our well-being. I can't thank them enough for their thoughtful assistance and for helping me navigate through such a difficult experience. Despite the circumstances, their compassion and support made a world of difference, and we are incredibly grateful.

Worst resort ever
Do not stay here food is horrible beach is very small and beach chairs are ripped and unusable. Front deck Penelope was rude and very unprofessional. Rooms are out date and need a lot of work. Buffet for brand lunch has poor quality food with flies all over it.

avoid at all costs
There are no words to describe how pathetic of a resort this place really truly is. As far as all inclusives go: This is a zero out of 10. Unfortunately i still need 70 words to post my review. As I cannot post videos i took here because they are too large, I won't speak to them either.
