Bernardo at the crepe stand was amazing!!!!! He even remembered my husbands birthday from going to him the night before!! He makes the best crepes and we had them every single night he was out!!! 1000000% recommend!!! He has been in the plaza at the resort and you MUST TRY!

Service was amazing! Loved the 8th floor Sky bar/pool area with beautiful views of the ocean and whales. Miguel, Alejandro and Dario were bringing our next drinks before we finished our last. Each day when we walked in, one of them would approach us knowing what we wanted to drink. I can’t say enough about how amazing and charming Sheyla Gomez was, patiently teaching us Spanish when we asked. We had so much fun with her. The only downside was the sewer odor that engulfed the elevators and hallways at times. 😬

I would return for the spa alone!
The property is beautiful, the staff is customer service oriented, the beds are comfy, there is lots of food variety, the water park is a blast, but...it's the SPA that is one of the most amazing places I've ever experienced! From the moment you walk in, they handhold you to a shower, steam room, ice cool down, sauna, mineral baths complete with underwater massagers and complimentary refreshers and snack, ice bath (optional), all BEFORE you even get a massage! The massage rooms are luxurious, and the therapists very well trained. 2 hours in the spa and I didn't want to leave!

BEWARE you wont want to leave.
This resort is paradise. Great for families, couples, singles. Staff is super friendly, very welcoming. Any restaurant you visit on the premises has the most amazing food. EVERYTHIGN IS YUMMY. This is also a very safe resort located 30min from the airport.

Best Resort Ever.
Best resort ever! Everything was so clean and the staff was attentive to every detail. Food was amazing. We got married here and it was better than I could have ever imagined. Ximena and her team brought my vision to life and truly made my wedding day so amazing.
