Very interesting place
Rooms for prefered guests is big enough for families of 4. We love high sealing about 11 feet. Very good kids club. We can leave kids until 9:30pm. Personal is always respectfully welcome to guest. Unfortunately in the hotel still some caches, for the new tourists it might be uncomfortable or even annoying when some other staff propose you a free trip to other hotels for some breakfast and look over the new resorts. Basically losing almost half day. Overall is good. Thank you for the nice stay in your place “Dream Adventuras”

1 Week Stay
The liquor choice was lower than resorts around the same cost. No dinner buffet is a very bad choice, tends to be very good at other resorts. Dinner restaurants serve very small portions for an inclusive resort often resulting in more that one order per person. The ocean should have signs if there is harmful fish or jellyfish in the area. Walkways at night need more light to avoid falls, these walkways are required to get to the restaurants. We saw an elder fall in one of these areas. On resort amenities like the spa are unaffordable. Mixed drinks do not incorporate real fruits which other resorts use like bananas etc. Cheaper cab options to playa de carmen would be nice ($30 USD per person is expensive) The entertainment started to surprise us as the week went on, the "app" use for restaurant menus and activities is very annoying, lots of areas did not have wifi access and we want physical pantalets or menus. Amstar excursion options were great, I highly recommend Xel-Ha. The kayaking options on the ocean were very cool. Overall would lean towards different resorts before this one. Food and Drinks did not meet my expectations.

Great food and better people
We were there for a wedding and the created a great environment to get married in. The restaurants we thought were fantastic, we tried everyone but Oceana. The staff were even better. I’ve been to several resorts and they exceeded them all. Truly the reason we will return. The resort is on the smaller side, which we actually enjoyed because it never felt over booked, and kids were able to roam more freely without feeling lost.

Great stay
Greatly enjoyed our stay here. Food was better than expected. Friendly staff. Great for families. Resort is a good size but not so large that it’s hard to navigate. Stayed for a long weekend and wished we would have had an extra day. Antonio at the front desk was amazing

Kids now allowed in the formerly "Adults" Section / Pool
Be aware that the "Adults" section / pool is now the "Preferred Club" section / pool, which means kids are allowed. At one point we counted 20 kids in the "Adults" pool - throwing a football / jumping / splashing / running around. No adults could get in, as it’s a smallish pool. There are pools for kids on the other side of the building. Till now, Dreams has always had a separate "Adults" section/ pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. And those yummy cookies are always welcome 😊.
