It was okay vacation
It was a okay stay. The staff are great and friendly. The hotel is ran down and needs to be updated or taken care of better. In the rooms I was in, there is a mold mildew smell coming from them. You can hear everything through your walls. The check in for the preferred guest is kind of a joke. They don’t let you check in downstairs with everyone else but make you go to the 7th floor. We waited another 35 mins to check in after a day of flying for 7 hours and then another hour and half of driving to the place. Then we had another person in our party that had to stay at another hotel down the street from them. They wouldn’t at all even let come up the stairs to wait for us to check in unless they pay for a $100 day pass every time they wanted to come onto the property. I do get that but it was just for us to check in and then we were headed back to drop them off…… the food choices are pretty limited in the restaurants, but the food is good besides the nachos which they use a cheese soup base, so they’re pretty running and bland.

Bike ride
Sebastian was great showing us the town and taking pictures of us. We got to explore the town on our own and watch dolphins. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the town as well as showing us the fish and cool spots around the town. All around we were very happy with our morning bike ride.

The best experience on the best resort
Antonio was awesome. He helped me the entire week throughout my stay. I couldn’t have had a better time! They’re welcome to they welcome you and they get you Tours. They set you up. They are willing to attend you every need. Antonio and particular was extremely helpful to me throughout my stay whether I was getting ready to go out or just needing things for my room.

Wonderful beach and dining experience to make a very relaxing vacation
Our stay was wonderful we had amazing tours and the food at dreams was excellent. Antonio at the front desk was awesome as well as Rico with the entertainment staff. We would definitely recommend coming back for a vacation or family trip as the resort is very safe and child friendly.

HORRIBLE DREAMS
This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Hyatt has run this place into the ground. Booked a Preferred Master Suite. Room was literally in the Preferred buffet area. Nothing like listening to screaming kids outside the most expensive room they sell. Now onto the real issues. All week dealt with begging for a cocktail to be told only for Preferred. Then when you tell them it takes 20 minutes or more to get a drink. The food was barely warm in every restaurant. Took hours for a dinner because of lack of staff. The Preferred pool now allows kids and the parents let them run wild all day. The lounge let screaming kids in on Monday night football. The only place to escape kids and parents disregard rules. The room was o.k. Bed and pillows were miserable. Air worked occasionally. Never received our bottle after asking 5 times. The Preferred concierges didn't seem to want to even be bothered by guests. I could go on with so much more. Save your money and stay ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!! The place is run down and needs to be torn down and rebuilt!
