Stayed for 9 days, would gladly go back again for an even longer stay, felt like a queen. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and courteous at all times putting your needs above what they were doing at the time. Many activities were offered as well as nightly entertainment. There was a large variety of food offerings for you to experience while you were there.

A great spot all around!
I’ve been to a few all inclusive resorts in the Cancun area, and Dreams Adventuras has been the best one, by FAR. The room was great, the staff are friendly and professional. The food was pretty good. A nice variety at the buffets. The Al a carte restaurants were excellent especially Portifino (Italian) and Seaside Grill. Extra shout outs to the following staff: Christian in entertainment. Such an amazing young man! Karen (bar staff) kept my hands busy with drinks and water! Jesus in the preferred side was also very friendly and always kept us informed on what was going on for the day or evening. The spa staff was excellent as well. They had some great deals that I took advantage of and the hydrotherapy and treatments I received were a great value. Puerto Adventuras is a great little closed off community and when we left the resort grounds to walk around we felt safe. Would recommend this place to everyone!

We had an amazing time. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned and taken care of each day without issue. Resort was clean and pretty well maintained. Christian (entertainment guy) and Jesus (preffered station guy) and Karen (drink staff lady) were a pleasure to meet. Food was a 3.5/5 for me, but thats got less to do with the food, and more to do with my tastebuds. 9/10 would come back again.

I book a resort based on the activities within the resort. My expectations are that if you offer biking, pickle ball, beach volleyball, ping pong, tennis and yoga that I would like to do those activities whenever I want to. I do not pack sporting equipment so we must rely on the resort to provide it. Dreams is a high end resort and I expect the sporting equipment to be plentiful and in working condition. I needed to track down a entertainment crew member to use a volleyball, the volleyball was cheap. After a flag football game, that young kids dominated, we tried to use the football but it was taken by the crew member. Another crew manager brought it back so that we could use it which was nice. Why not have 2 games of flag football, one for the young kids and one for the teens? We shot baskets, the basketball had 2 bulges in it so you couldn't dribble or shoot well with it. We biked 2x and the bikes were not in great condition AND you could only bike with the bike tour at 9:30 NOT whenever I wanted to. There were 3 pickleballs and 2 of them were not useable. The sand was so coarse on the beach I ended up with a friction blister on the first day and it was hard to walk on it for the majority of my trip. The beach chairs were constantly being 'saved' and remained empty for a good portion of the day that I gave up on trying to get one. Beach volleyball is only played on select days and you need shoes to play on the wind swept court AND the court is positioned that when the ball goes out of bounds it usually ends up in the ocean. I think Dreams Puerto Aventuros can do better in the activities department. My son was violently ill on the 2nd night from eating at the World Cafe. This really wrecked our vacation. I was worried about him being severely dehydrated so we saw the resort doctor, who arrived promptly and helped with treatment. Thankfully we had travellers insurance because the 20 min visit cost $650 Cdn. In retrospect we should have chosen a better fitting resort.

Nice intimate resort perfect for a weekend getaway or relaxing vacation. Great staff, Good food, Beautiful location with a beautiful cove beach perfect for kids and nice place next to marina in Puerto Aventuras gated community. If you are looking for partying or different entertainment activities, this is not the place for you. But if you want a solid 4 star relaxing, peaceful vacation chose this place.
