Bracelet making
Itzayana was amazing! She was patient, funny, and very interactive. I would highly reccomend bracelet making for anyone looking to have an experience making something to bring home at the end of their trip. My daughter especially loved learning how to make a new type of friendship bracelet.

Dreams Riveria Maya
The hotel is small not much in activities. Very clean and well maintained. Food was better than most all inclusives. Too many babies and kids. The ocean area was very small and very few fish except baby fish. Pools were well maintained but very small. Staff was friendly. A stay once is good but wouldn't return to this location. The area by dolphins was very cool and easy walk.

3 night stay
Great staff and nice resort- the tidal pool and beach bar were highlights. Thanks Antonio for your help! Good variety of restaurants and good quality food. Breakfast buffet with omelettes made to order. We also used the gym which was good for what we needed. You can also go for a safe walk to the nearby small town that’s inside a gated complex

Good hotel
Nice place, nice food, very happy environment. The persons are polite. The rooms are big and clean. The entertainment is hilarious. Sebasthian the trainer is handsome. There is daycare for kids so that is 1000 points more. They accept kids from 3 years to 12

Not a Preferred Club Experience, worst Dreams property I’ve been to
Kids club - not like the photos or how the itinerary would make it seem. Small, dark, cold, damp room at back corner of resort. “Water park” was freezing dirty, tiny and in the shade all day. All they ever did was watch movies or play video games. Booked it because it did dinner time care but they closed early every day. Not open until 9:30 like it says. Preferred Club Experience - didn’t get a double club room assuming due to all the weddings. Gave me a normal room on a “club floor” argued when I told them why it wasn’t club. On second last day at 6pm finally got a club double and the “premium” amenities were slightly different such as nespresso vs instant coffee but pods weren’t even there only got them on last morning, pillows were still one tiny pillow per person felt like little balls finally got down and still only one tiny pillow each and cases were stained. All other “club amenities” were hardly different and for example the lounge was having construction and has 4 tables in the back corner of 7th floor. Dining - food was meh, breakfast buffet was best meal of the day. No ambiance and Asian was closed and held in buffet where food make many groups sick. Italian patio was closed because the overhang was crumbling. “Club” restaurant lunch was good but dinner was meh and no views. Worst Dreams I’ve ever been to. Elevators didn’t work everyone complained and so hot, gym had no ac or cold water. Overall not worth money especially not club I paid for. Still waiting on manager to figure something out for club room I got on last 1.5 days. Tried to trick me but I’m in the industry and have done site inspections of many Dreams and usually it is clear what the upgrades are.
