  Great time at the resort

  During my short stay at the resort I encountered a wonderful experience/service from the Doorman (Eddy) was very helpful to my wife and my kids he certainly made the short stay better then we had expected we are definitely thinking about going back to the island and we’re undoubtedly looking forward to staying at the resort

  Beautiful beach and great staff, the staff is why we returned!

  This was our 2nd visit here and won't be our last. This time we brought along even more friends and family, for a total of 6 rooms! The location, beach and staff are what make this a fabulous vacation destination. Upon arrival we were greeted by many familiar faces, which made us feel right at home! Elvis and Roger will greet you a warm smile and are always willing to help! We did have some issues with our rooms, which we told the front desk, some were fixed fairly quickly while other issues were never fixed. One room even had a leaky ceiling! We did ask at check-in how often we would get housekeeping so we could plan accordingly and we were told every other day. However, we only got service once during our week long stay, which would have been fine had we been told that at check-in. Getting clean towels for the rooms was a nightmare and if you weren't down by the beach before 10am good luck getting beach towels as they were always gone by 10am!! The staff at Gizmo's are the best! Pierre, Sharika, Lew, Davon and Jay are some of our favorites and we look forward to seeing them when we go. The food was delicious at Pure Ocean, which lots of all-inclusive places the food tends to be just okay. Melissa was wonderful and always very pleasant and helpful. Our waiter, Andrew, is probably on of the best waiters we've ever had! We got to know him last year and looked forward to seeing him again this year. We made sure to be sat in his section every night. He's very attentive and always smiling, he's definitely a valued employee to the resort! He even waited on the Queen while we were there! Overall we had a great stay, but the rooms could definitely use a little help with maintenance issues. This property has the potential to be a 5 star resort, with it's prime location and amazing views. However, if they could only pay a little more attention to detail, like fixing broken locks on sliding doors, making sure all rooms have a shower curtain, replacing burnt out light bulbs, invest in new pillows and more towels!

  Pure Ocean Restaurant….. just extending our sincere gratitude to the two Pure Ocean Restaurant employees ( Mimi and Amanda). Both of these ladies made our experiences at the restaurant during our recent stay just incredible greetings, services and a genuine commitment to making our dining experiences the very best.   Eddy is the best

  Thank you EDDY for being so amazing. I really appreciate your great hospitality. I will be back one day thank you so much. I loved my room at oceans. Make sure you eat the tacos at the Mexican spot downstairs. Also bar ribs are good. Take advantage of this place it’s the only place on the islands besides JW hotel that is “good” ( maybe Sonesta too )

  Amazing

  Pierre and Devon are the best!! We’ve been coming here for years and they are always top notch!! We’ve look forward every season of coming to the best beach on the island!! We are treated like family and they go out of their way to make us feel at home!
