Another wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. Our butlers, Amir and Carlos, took great care of us. Candace, our favorite playmaker, greeted us with an energetic hug. The food was exceptional, with Suki being our favorite restaurant. The whole experience was like coming home to family. Can’t wait to go back!

Entry and connections
Thank you for a very special time. We came away so connected and full of energy. From the wonderful door man Vincent to our butler Irving and the guys at the pool Vinsent and Miguel made our trip outstanding. Dinner in the wine room was a big plus. Thank you

Best Trip we have taken
Where do I start? Upon arrival at the airport we were greeted by US Transfers for Desire, they greeted us, loaded our bags and provided us with champagne and beer for the ride over since we were Premier Guest at the resort. Extremely friendly service. Our friends we were traveling with had been before and were the Premier Members, and we are their beneficiaries, so we were given the same treatment! Upon arrival to the resort, which is absolutely gorgeous when you pull up. They opened the doors and greeted us by name and took our luggage to the holding room while we were escorted to the VIP check-in at the Mansion. While we checked in, they asked if we would like to book a massage or hydration IVs for later in the week, so we did. My husband and I booked a couples massage for that Friday morning, and then, our friends and we booked an IV session with the Hangover Team for Thursday. We arrived on Tuesday the 15th of April 2025. After that, they gave us our Premier member wrist bads that act as our room keys. Then, we introduced us to our daytime Butler Irving. He was phenomenal and made reservations at the restaurants on property and any other issues we had he took care of them. We also had a nighttime butler named Hector, and he was equally attentive and helped with anything we needed. The rooms were extremely spacious. We had a Master Suite( 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and a living room, and 2 balconies). Absolutely breathtaking rooms. Once we were settled, they delivered our luggage to the room. They have tons of fun activities and dance parties around the pool. The Playmakers get you up and involved!! Candice, Alejandra, Eduardo, Felix, and Bella were always welcoming, upbeat, and entertaining!! They always remembered your name and greeted you like they have known you for years!! Miguel was our Pool concierge he made sure we had our cabana every day with fresh sheets and towels and anything else we might need during the stay!! Daniela, who is with the Desite Cruises, was also very welcoming and wonderful. Carmen was one of our servers at Aphrodites restaurant, and she delivered beautiful top-notch service. As did all the wait staff in every restaurant!! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. It was so hard to leave. We met so many wonderful people from around the world. Canada, France, the US, and Mexico.

Best Vacation Ever!
We just returned from another amazing trip to Desire Pearl. Just when you think it can't get any better, the staff elevates the experience to a whole new level. We really enjoy the couples only environment and if you're looking for a resort with clothing optional areas this place is for you. After a few visits the staff has truly become family and we can't wait to get back. While the entire staff made our anniversary trip absolutely amazing we want to send a special thank you to Wilbert who takes such good care of us at breakfast and lunch. Luis, who is a mixology genius at the pool bar. Yolanda who always makes sure everyone has what they need in pool side service. Miguel always makes sure we have the best chairs by the pool and Rosenberg in the lobby bar always has our drink ready before we get to the counter. Thank you so much to everyone for making our vacation so amazing.

GOT IT RIGHT THIS TIME!
SORRY, BUT I ORIGINALLY POSTED TO THE WRONG RESORT! We went to PEARL, and so I'm revising my review to accurately reflect who I was reviewing. SO SORRY! FIRST TIMERS! First timers, never been to anything even close to this resort. Best time EVER! We stayed at Pearl, king ocean view. Amazing room, service by all staff the entire time we were there was impeccable! Never experienced room service that was so quick and attentive. All staff, from the lobby to room to pool to FANTASTIC shows went above and beyond our expectations. We're already booking our next vaca with Pearl! ps - We found this resort to be all in on creating the PERFECT get-a-way for couples. Now, there's something for every type of COUPLE, so you're completely free to engage and get the complete help from the staff to achieve what you're looking for. Never met any "staff" anywhere more inclined to make everyone's visit a memorable one! Please come with a non-judgmental open mind as everyone there will be doing the same.
