This place is made for families. Kids love the water park with its pirate ship, castle and nine water slides. Parents love putting a smile on their kids' faces.

We enjoyed our time.
This facility is in a great location - very close to the airport. Don't pay too much for transportation. You can get an Uber or taxi to here for less than ten bucks. The beach is great - smooth and easy to get in and out of the water. The shower only has a partial wall, so the water gets all over - put a towel down so that you don't slip! The food was good - try the poblano soup in the Mexican restaurant. The grocery store - Chedraui - is right around the corner. Great place for anything you forgot and for cheap mementos. Bring a thermal cup for coffee in the morning and drinks later on. Coffee will not be ready until 7:00 am.

Great staff but resort needs updates and maintenance.
My Husband and I have stayed at this resort 3 times. The location is great and just a short taxi ride to the Malecon. We had an awesome staff member, Carlos, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding areas. The bartenders at the pool bar were all excellent and hard working. When we booked out trip through our travel agent, we asked for 2 beds, and be located on highest floor possible and are return guests and should get a sign outside our room with our last name on it. When we arrived, our room was on the 3rd floor, only one king bed, and no plaque outside our door. The room was a good location however there were issues with the cleanliness as well as maintenance. The ceiling fan was filthy and the toilet paper holders just about came off the wall in bathroom. There were loose tiles in the room and curtains wouldn't open properly. We paid good money to stay here for 12 days, and the last 2 days lots of people left and they had tons of locals checking in. We felt that our service was second best and because of the amount of local people that checked in, they became the first priority over us. Very disappointing. It appeared that they didn't have enough people booked (all inclusive) from outside of Puerto Vallarta and they gave the locals a great deal to come and stay to eat, drink and take over the amenities. Unfortunately we will not be staying at this resort in the future.

Crown Paradise Golden
The staff was very helpful. Carlos was amazing. Helpful and professional. Helped us with reservations and very knowledgeable about the local area. The breeze bar staff was very friendly and great service. The resort is in need of upgrades. Like the beach and close location to Puerto Vallarta.

Horrible Customer Service, impossible to contact
Made an Expedia reservation several weeks ago, spent the last week trying to get ahold of them via the contacts (phone and email) they provided and were listed on their website. Was redirected, disconnected and hung up on. Then received a message saying my reservation was cancelled! Most unprofessional hotel I've ever tried to stay with and would not recommend anyone deal with their poor service especially when trying to plan a vacation.

Not pleased with stay
Pleased with the staff! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and professional. Carlos! I was not pleased with the facilities. Need lots of updating. Musty smells, plaster peeling, leaking, moldy. That bathtub is horrible. Dangerous to get in and out. No washcloths or handtowels even after numerous request. Poor cleaning by housekeepers. Long black hair of which neither I nor my husband have was never completely removed. Those awful dirty fake ferns at the beach bar need to be burned! The blackout curtin is full of holes. Most air conditioners at hotels are loud but this was especially! Patio not cleaned until last morning of stay. Let's just say I will not come back and would be embarrassed to recommend.
