Good and Bad
It's a nice resort. Entertainment is good at this place. Good activity by the pool. You have to make your dinner reservations at 8 am. They get full with in 3 min. If you don't get it. No one can help. Fisherman allways run out of food after 9pm. Food is avarage. Everyday buffet is same everyday. Food is the only thing that i would give 5 out of 10. Room service is good tho. room service is $5 per call.

Fun time ....good experience.
If you have ever been to an all inclusive this pkace is very typical. The room was nice, bed comfortable & a terrific view. The food I The buffet was good. The restaurants were very good especially the Italian & Wayne's Boots. The Japanese lunch bar was really good. There were so many activities for children...our Grandson had a really fun time. The beach is nice...soft sand & nice waves. The staff were all very nice & friendly & provided great service. There were lineups for things such as bar service & snacks throught the day but this is to be expected with the number of guests. The pools were great. There are a lot of guests for a hotel with such a small overall footprint.

Great for the price.
Lots of pros, a few cons as well. Adult pool was amazing and a great way to get away from the MANY many children at this resort. Buffet was decent, need more meat options, Egg station was our go to every morning. French restaurant for Adults was superior to all others. Could not get reservations no matter how hard we tried for Waynes or mexican. Concierge and front desk very helpful. Beach was gorgeous!! View from room spectacular. Beds are a bit hard, but didn't bother us much. Disco after 10pm was so much fun, LEON is the Best bartender ever!!! Cons My credit card was taken out of my wallet and I had two charges from some Mexican Villas i have never been to. Good thing it was already maxed and my CC company caught it right away. 40$ and 185$. I left my wallet accidentally one day by the bed. :( Now it's just getting a new card that sucks!

We love Crown Paradise since we first came here seven years ago, but we have noticed many things have negatively change
Crown paradise enhancements Bring back banana chocolate ice cream in the main dining area. And let people make their own ice cream cones to eliminate the LONG weight lines. On the kids soccer field by the four giant slides, put a net on the bottom rail of the soccer field. Put surround sound speakers in the kids theater. You can get quality speakers and a subwoofer for $500. The kids would appreciate that. Right now you have only one speaker working in the back corner. Make sure there is popcorn readily available outside of the movie theater entrance. Especially, during movie hours. I believe your first movie starts at 5PM and the last movie ends at 10PM. So there should be popcorn available from 5PM to 10PM. By the pool tables in the kids area, buy a decent foosball table. The one you have is broken in many places. I bought a used Tornado foosball table for my basement for $400. Bring back a chicken option for lunch. You have no chicken options right now, only fish. Fix the other hot tub heater in the adults pool section. Only one hot tub was heated and people were uncomfortably shoulder to shoulder in the one hot tub. They looked like a pack of sardines. Make your mango margaritas using real mango fruit instead of the mix. Especially in the Mexican restaurant. We love Crown Paradise since we first came here seven years ago, but we have noticed many things have negatively changed. The above recommendations would not cost much money, but would go a LONG way.

Mexican island
This was my wife and me first vacation together . And we chose the crown paradise club cancun Mexico . It was awesome . Pool restaurants and buffet was all close together the beach was fantastic too . Beautiful white baby powder sand . But you definitely have to watch when you go in the water at the beach . It gets deep very fast . Tough to get out . I had to use all my strength to fight from being swept out to sea
