Everything was good. I would highly recommend Crown Paradise for your stay in Cancun. Maria 8th floor concierge did fantastic job helping me schedule restaurant reservations and other help I needed Jerry the morning waiter on 8th floor did a wonderful job waiting on us along with Carlos in the evening.

Everybody was kind and helpful. The restaurants were amazing.
The room was beautiful and clean. I could find many activities and places to enjoy. The food was deliciuos and exotic. They gave us an unforgetable experience. Specially, Maciel, Melanie and Irma . Thanks again for gave us a warm welcome and farewell.

Review Firstly, this review is based on a comparison of my 10 years Cancun experience. 1st time at Catilona river myar (10years ago), it was my best time in Mexico. Then, my family and I had experienced Sun Rise , Sun Places, Moon Palace Grand (4 times) and finally this Crown Paradise (1st time,during new year) . Pro *No one bother you for membership *Pretty good for kids (water slides, mini water park, mini basketball court, baby fun area, and kid drinks) *Affordable *Nice beach (no seaweed during Jan 1, 2025 - jan 8 but the waves were strong) *Close to the air port *Hotel zone (safe) Con Foods are 3/5 Rest Cleanness 3/5 Room 2/5 (Outdated, cheap on everything (no tissue, limited towel, don't prov extra bottled water(2 in the mini refrigerator) *No permuim alcohol selection (jam beam and red label probably were their's highest . $4 usd for Room service Food 2/5 (no guacamole, no mango, fried fish was the best, everything else suck) Service 2/5 *Elevators are slow (not the main building, 3 only 1 works, sometime 2) *Never able to reach the operator on the phone Restaurants and bar service 4/5 Cleanness 3/5 Beach 4/5 no seaweed Final though, My family and I probably won't be back again.

Amazing trip to Cancún
All out amazing trip was an experience I will remember forever everyday was full of fun with amazing service and my favourite being the man Jesus amazing guy extremely nice and if and when we come back here I would look forward to seeing him again

Spent all day in the water and taking in the sun
Jesus was a very good help to us and made the trip much better. Service is amazing and every is so kind and friendly. Everyone here makes you feel welcome and the workers always make funny little jokes, the shows they presented were amazing and it was truly an amazing experience!
