Service at the crown club lounge, lobby bar, adult pool bar and the pub bar were excellent. We love Leon, Jerry, Maria and Gerardo!!! They were super fun and attentive. Jerry and Maria was were always friendly as they greeted us each morning for breakfast. Gerardo made it so much fun at the pub bar making us all the color of the rainbow of shots. And a big shout out to Leon. He ended our nights at the blue lounge with so much fun and laughters with plenty of drinks. Thank you all for a great time!

jesus the bell boy is the best
i gave the 5 because of a jesus the bell boy he was the nicest person and most helpful in the whole reaper. the resort was mid but jesus made it that much better. he should be given a lot of credit. we would have been lost without his help . truly a great employee

Jesus is great
Jesus was phenomenal. He was always there when we needed something. The resort gets 2 stars . I only gave it a 5 because of Jesus . He made all the difference in the world . He deserves a huge raise . He made sure we had transportion and knew what was going on

Lovely All Inclusive Crown Paradise Club Stay ! !
The resort was amazing from staff to food variety. House keeping was super 👌 👍 superior and very clean. Restocking towels and shampoo / soap etc..... 10 stars all around. Our room was on the 8th floor Crown Club and we had VIP club privilege. Me and my wife enjoy our stay at crown paradise. 5 stars in my book . No issues with restaurants or any food I thought the food was fantastic and a large variety availability. We tried 4 out of the 5 special restaurants and it was all fantastic. The pools all where clean and top notice. I couldn't find any negativity during our stay. Super 👌 resort. 5 stars !

This was a trip to celebrate my friends 34th birthday and it was amazing. Jesus was absolutely an amazing bellboy.
Jesus was and amazing bellboy. He helped us with everything at the hotel and even helped us with things away from the hotel. If you visit please look for Jesus and you won’t be disappointed. 10/10 highly recommend. Good laughs and lots of fun.
