Great time with great friends!
Nice room, beautiful view, great time. Service in all restaurants and pool area was exceptional. Very well taken care of during our stay at club paradise. Traveling with members so got the royal treatment. Spa service was excellent as well. Always welcomed wherever we went.

All inclusive unless...
The Good: -Family Friendly -The place was clean -Staff were friendly The Bad: - If you wanted a chair by the pool or beach, you had to be up and out of your room by 5 am. Mornings are nice there and we just took advantage of the extra hours of quiet by the pool and called it early. -They provide beach towels. They did not have enough towels for the people staying. We couldn’t get towels at all the day we arrived. We would see them wheeling back the blue bin with towels throughout the day and immediately run over and they would be gone (honestly they could not be stocking more than six at a time). I felt bad for the guy and was legitimately embarrassed for him. Eventually, on day two my husband went to the bar grabbed two drinks and just stood and waited until they got their next allotment of 1/2 dozen towels for the 2000 occupants. We held on to those wet and gross towels all week because they had none to exchange them for but we knew others couldn't get one at all so we were thankful. -If you want to eat in any of the restaurants you need a reso. Reso's open at 8 AM. Which you would this is fine, because you are up at 5 to get the chairs, but they are filled up by 8:01. We were not able to get into any of the restaurants that require reservations any of the days we were there. The Weird: -We booked a family room of 5. They would only provide us 4 room towels? (Again with the towels?) We even tried to pay the cleaner extra for one more! Also for the family room of 5 they only provided us 2 chairs for the large patio. Also non-negotiable for additional chairs. -They had lots of great spaces but zero seating. We went to play on their outdoor chess board-Huge area, not even a plastic yard chair. We had to sit on the concrete. -They have super great facilities like mini golf and tennis but, for the 2000 guests that are there, have 5 mini putt clubs and only 3 balls. They only have 2 tennis balls that are shredded. If you are interested in using any of their facilities it would be worth it to bring some equipment with you. -The beach life guard stands 2 levels up by the pool and blows a whistle if you go outside the flags? Also: It is all-inclusive unless you want Rose wine It is all-inclusive unless your kids are interested in participating on the poolside crafts (These start at 18 USD). It is all-inclusive unless you want coffee to sip on for your 5 am pool session- This could only be accessed through room service - also $

Great for family with young kids! (under 13ish)
To start, this is not a 5 star resort where you're going to find a quite, tranquil nook. This is a contained, safe, kid central hotel with lots for kids to do. Travelled with my wife and three kids (3, 6 and 7). They had a blast in the kids pool and pool attached, beach was great, bit rough, needed a life jacket. Kids loved the waterslides and mini golf. Always plenty to eat, I think the folks saying the food is terrible are the people that think deep fried is a normal way to eat. Great fresh made taco's for each dinner at buffet, chicken, pork or beef. Salsa was fresh and spicy!, then there was always beef or tender chicken thighs or drumsticks, veg, rice... combine to make a stir fry! We'd eat lunch at the japanese for sushi and noodles, or grab a burger or hot dog at the pool side grill. Only one a la carte you can bring kids too, for such a kid centric resort I'd like to see them open up another one or offer daycare drop off over dinner time so parents can get a break and go to one of them. Rooms were clean and decent, ac worked well in the one and not as well in the other, hot water for a shower was more of a warmish shower then hot, and beds were so so. Staff was friendly but did not speak much english, they could really use having one more bartender on duty from 1pm-9pm, 4 hours at the pool side bar then 4 in lobby bar. Have that person just serving beer out of the taps as lines could be longer from time to time. Why not have a beer only line and if no one ordering beer that person can grab other drinks. Overall was a great time, go with the mindset of a 3.5 star resort and you're looking to not cook or clean for a week and enjoy the nice weather and you'll have a blast!

Great trip
We had an amazing time at Paradise Crown Resort! The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained grounds, and plenty of activities for all ages. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. While the food was just okay, everything else more than made up for it. From the gorgeous pools to the fun entertainment, we truly had a fantastic experience. Would definitely return!

Family fun in the sub
The bell hop Jesus was wonderful. Very helpful with our bags at check-in and check out. He even remembered us! Resort was great, weather was amazing. The a-la-carte restaurants were very tasty, especially Wayne’s Boots. Our experience at Wayne’s was definitely enhanced by our server Angel. The Italian restaurant was also delicious. Pools were great, beach/ocean awesome, and good evening entertainment.
