- Although the largest of their four properties, this property’s spread out grid provides extra areas for couples to seclude themselves in solace.

Miles of soft sand are your personal playground at this resort. Jamaica offers spectacular sunsets, so that magical stroll you've always dreamed about can become reality. Three pools cool you down; just swim-up to the bar for frosty strawberry daiquiris and relax.
The great food isn't all that this resort is known for; a jam-packed, water-sports program means there's never a dull moment! Snorkel through the crystal-clear surf, challenge your sweetheart to a kayak race, enjoy the underwater world on a glass-bottom boat tour or savor cold bottles of Red Stripe on the sunset catamaran cruise. Want a slower pace? Golfers can check out Negril Hills Golf Course for unlimited green fees and transfers, or indulge in a bit of pampering with facials at the resort's spa.
After soaking up the sun and surf, there's nothing like sliding in to a huge king bed in the quiet Atrium Suite - the nightly turndown service is a nice touch!

Don’t expect a la carte dining!
The resort is beautiful and the beach is stunning. We are very happy with our guest room, and really like the rustic feel of the resort. However, I would warn anyone that is interested in this resort where dining à la carte is a priority that this is not the place for you. The dining options at this resort are extremely misleading. This resort requires you to book 3 days in advance, but it only allows one reservation at a time. So having arrived on Sunday and being halfway through our one week vacation, we have not yet dined in either of the two restaurants because our first reservation is tonight (Wednesday) and we have a second reservation for the other restaurant tomorrow night, and I can’t book beyond that because the system only allows one reservation at a time. So for the final two nights of our 1 week vacation we can’t book an a la carte restaurant and by the time I vacate my reservation to be able to book one, it will be fully booked. The food in the buffet restaurant is very mediocre and the buffet is our least favourite option at any resort. We are foodies that seek out a la carte dining. I have no problem with resorts requiring reservations, but I have never experienced such a limiting situation at other all inclusive resort brands. I would not return to this brand because of this issue - it is very disappointing!

CSA For the Sunsets
Just returned from our beloved CSA and were not impressed with the changes. This has been our beloved resort since 2006. There are little things we see cut each year like the turn down service Patois cards they once had. There are renovations being done, but the rest of the resort seems to be neglected somewhat. We talked to many of the staff members and tried to encourage and thank them. I don't believe we will see many of them at our next visit. Maney new contracted employees, "Big up" to Stacey B. She has been there for years and is just one of the few staff members we still recognize. It was also very noticeable that the European customers were treated differently. This was something I haven't noticed out of all our trips to Couples. The big draw to this resort is the beach. You have to wake up early when you hear the tractor running up and down raking the beach to save a set of chairs under a palm tree. The food this time around was marginal. The best meal was lunch at the grill and was made by one of the Patois chefs that was helping out at the time. We love to sit on the beach watch the sunsets and sip champagne. CSA is our "home" for this. Years of beautiful sunsets.

PARADISE
Swept Away is situated on the world's most gorgeous beach. Crystal clear turquoise water - exceptionally calm most of the time, and incredibly warm. Perfect for extended swimming or floating on the floats provided on the chairs. There are plenty of chairs under beautiful palm trees although some people snag the chairs at 6 am in the morning! and then don't return to sit on them until late morning! There are bars and towel stations along the beach - no service on the beach which is good to make you get off your chair and get some exercise! Many people seem to have a problem with not having service on the beach which apparently does happen sometimes. There are different levels of room. We had a beachfront which was wonderful. Huge patio and steps from the beach. Good view of the water. Very secluded. The rooms are not luxury but comfortable. Bathroom has basic shampoos, body lotion but no other amenities. Bed very comfortable but strange pillow set up which we had a hard time getting comfortable with. (a large gap between bed and headboard)! Breakfast room service for continental breakfast was great and always on time. Housekeeping were good and room was always clean! Food was average - there is always plenty of variety which caters to all sorts of diets but the buffet was always short of things - particularly fish, and the deserts were pretty much the same every day and not interesting for us! Feathers, the only airconditioned restaurant which has a basic dress code was great - delicious food. Has to be booked three days in advance and we were only able to get in there twice during a ten day stay. Lots of included excursions. The Sports center is great with lots of tennis courts, pickleball, and a lap pool and smoothie bar. We didn't go to the gym but we were told it was good and lots of equipment. The journey from the resort to the airport was about 90 minutes for us but varies on time of day you arrive. Unnecessary to get private transportation as bus is air conditioned and drivers were great! Sundays are recommended as many of locals are in church! We got through customs and had our luggage within 10 minutes both on arrival and departure. We thought Club Mobay would have been a total waste of money especially if you have access to lounge with your credit card. We LOVED SWEPT away. Would definitely go again. The staff were lovely. The cats were not intrusive and were very lovable!

Great location
Great fitness facilities although some weights are rusted. The pool is fantastic for doing laps and the tennis courts are numerous and in excellent condition. In addition there is a pro to give lessons. Food is not good. Jerk chicken was tasty one day, the next day it was so dry I could hardly eat it. The buffet is unappetizing and I did not touch it as buffets are breeding grounds for getting sick and this one did not look especially clean. The specialty restaurants had good food and my companion was really impressed with the lamb from Patois. Rooms were not large. Minimal amenities - no cu tips, no cotton, shampoo and conditioner in one. Cleaning was limited to providing new towels daily and a cursory cleaning of the floor and bathroom. Dirty towels were not taken away, used cups were left for us to dispose of. At no time did I feel that I was being catered to but rather I was left to fend for myself. No-one on the beach or grounds offered towels or drinks or asked if we needed anything. As a matter of fact it was a work out to get towels, drinks or food. The staff were friendly. The hotel and grounds are clean and well kept. The location is ideal - the beach is perfect. You can swim far out and stand only in sand, no grass of weeds like many other beaches plus the sand is soft and powdery for miles. It is shallow so great for walking in the water. The hotel is located with a perfect view of the sunset. This hotel advertises as 5 stars so this was my expectation regarding service and here they fall short.

Overrated 5 star resort
The road to negril was terrible . It took close to 4 hours given the numerous potholes , traffic and construction delays . Room was ok except for mould in bathroom and AC that did not work properly . Toiletries were of poor quality and resort did not provide slippers for the room . Food was ok . It was evident that resort offered food choices of mediocre quality . Recreational facilities and location was excellent . However this resort is NOT 5 star category and the price charged does not merit this resort . My first and last time .
