Apr 17, 2025TOO MANY DAY PASSES SOLD - BEWARE
Reconsider staying here if you are thinking this will be a beautiful relaxing place to stay. This is not a luxury hotel or a boutique property. You will pay top dollar and they will sell hundred of day passes to outside people to be by the pool while snapping their Insta photos. You will not get a chair, you not get a towel, you will not even have space to get in the small hot pool (which will be murky and unsanitary since it is overrun with non hotel guests). And be prepared to wait for overpriced drinks from rude bartenders (that are frankly just overworked from the "day pass" crowd). They sell more day passes than they have hotel rooms available and day pass people get catered to while as a hotel guest you will be considered a nuisance and be ignored. On a Sunday, we counted 8 hotel guests wristbands but over a hundred day pass guests with no respect for the paying hotel guests. We were disappointed with the entire experience . If you are thinking of paying top dollar to stay at what you think is a small luxury boutique hotel that caters to their guest>>go elsewhere. One of the big chain hotels would have unfortunately been a better choice. Its a shame since the rooms and view with floor to ceiling windows are lovely. Stop selling so many day passes!

Go somewhere else
Stayed in this hotel previously and decided to return…. Big mistake. Housekeeping does not exist in this hotel, stay in the same filth all nights. Rooms do not get cleaned even though the sign was on the door. Basically had to track down cleaning lady to get some towels and take out garbage. She proceeded to complain how much work she has and how tired she is, sounds like a personal problem hunny bunny we all work. The sheets were not changed throughout the whole stay. Asked few days prior to check out if possible to get a later check out, explained that I’m willing to pay. Was told twice to come back another day. Came the last day, was told oops not possible. The front desk gentleman did not even check, he was busy yapping away with the valet prior to even noticing we were standing there. Overall save your hard working money and go stay elsewhere. Beach access also non existent, looks like a horror movie with broken, not used chairs and rocks on the beach. Beach pics are misleading. Infinity pool while small and crowded is warmed up.

Overall the hotel was beautiful the rooms were nice clean the staff was friendly will stay again one thing was our tv didn’t work the whole time did put work order in Thursday than again Friday morning never was fix no staff contacted me about it or anything

Beautiful resort, would return
Came for a quick stay and had a great time! Mostly went with the resort for the ocean view and the fact that it was adults only. One of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in in a while. Lobby and hallways are COLD but we adjusted our room to our liking. Great location in Condado. Plenty of food spots and some activities within walking distance. ~15 minutes to old San Juan and La Placita night life. Resort was clean and we had no issue major complaints or issues. My only request would be for a shelf or something in the shower to hold our toiletries. Otherwise, I would come back!

The view is everything from our room very clean white white I Love it, room services responds immediately catering to your needs, the front desk answer question make outside attraction available. I highly recommend Condado Ocean Club I will revisit 5Stars Rating Ramona
