    Great experience

    Very good service, staff were friendly and welcoming. Facilities were clean. Great garden and animal and loved the lobby area. Special shout out to Joel Santana at Sports Bar, Leonardo the driver, the two friendly gentlemen at the morning/lunch buffet and Brinell, Ambar and Estefania at reception.

    Dinner at Togo

    We had a lovely experience! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to Maite, Fran, Stef, Santos, Edwin, Jose and Katherine for making our visit so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

    Amazing resort, would recommend

    Me and my family had an amazing stay at this hotel, we stayed for 5 days and we had a great time with the welcoming staff. The housekeeping was good and came everyday. Maite was especially welcoming and kind, she always made sure we were taken care of each and everyday. Joel was very welcoming to our kids when they went to visit the sports bar for some food and fun, he always made sure to keep an eye on them. If you were to stay here with children both you and them are in great hands they are very attentive. Adelina was also very attentive with service by the poolside in the snack bar, she always made sure we got what we needed and was very lovely and kind. And lastly, Ricardo at the bar was hilarious and had very speedy service with amazing drinks. We especially loved Ricardo’s service. The staff at this resort are easy to make friends with because of how welcoming and hospitable they are, we would 100% return. All the facilities are extremely clean too.

    Excellent

    We had an amazing holiday here, the food is fogo and la cava restaurants were first class, the beach is amazing. Rooms were cleaned to a great standard. This is our 5th time in the Caribbean and this hotel was by the best. The platinum club was really good for food and drinks and Agustin and Garbel really looked after us. We can’t wait to go back again soon.
