Apr 16, 2025It’s better in the Bahamas if staying at Breezes Service
I am so impressed with the customer service both pre stay and during my son’s stay at Breezes for spring break. I had some requests and called them a few days before. They immediately got back to me and executed. The resort is not too big and overwhelming like some of its neighbors yet not too small and crowded. Having the nightlife next door at Bahamar makes this a perfect package.

Best beachfront on Nassau’s best beach!
The spacious, picture perfect beachfront exceeded my expectations as did the comfy beds! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The food obviously catered to an American palette but did have options for more adventurous tastes! Yes, the resort is older, teetering on the cusp of vintage, but it is spotlessly clean and well cared for. We enjoyed every aspect of our visit — it was a fantastic girls trip!

Great location, we were a group of 12 friends. The food was good, pool and beach great, rooms need an update but more than acceptable. The entertainment was great, something g every day and night. The staff of Reno, Mary, Audreka, Dvon, Donovan, Geno & Shakeyra made our vacation extra special. They remembered ALL our names and made sure we had fun. For the money I would highly recommend this resort. Easy walk to Baha Mar .

A completely relaxing and enjoyable place
What a gem. Great beach, wonderful beds and friendly accommodating staff. I loved the over sized hammocks. The grill near the pool was so convenient and great food. Also open from 11:30 to 4:30. Great dining options and a fun piano bar. I have traveled to many resorts in the Caribbean and this is one of the best. It is cozy and casual. A real find. I will go again for sure

I stayed at Breezes Resort Bahamas recently and left with mixed feelings. On the bright side, the staff are wonderful—friendly, helpful, and truly a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels quite run down and in need of a refresh. The food is decent—solid, wholesome, and has that homemade feel—but don’t expect anything gourmet. That said, my biggest frustration by far was the incredibly unreliable Wi-Fi. It was so spotty in my original room that I had to request a move just to be able to work and stream movies. Even then, the internet would cut out randomly and often. When I brought this up with reception, I was told the issue was due to “high occupancy over the weekend.” Honestly, this explanation feels condescending. The hotel knows how many rooms it has. Unreliable internet isn’t caused by guests simply existing—it’s caused by inadequate infrastructure. So, here’s the warning I wish I had: if you rely on Wi-Fi for work or even light streaming, this hotel may not meet your needs. It’s a shame, because the staff deserve a better setup to match their service.
