Apr 04, 2025Most Amazing Friends Trip Ever!
We stayed at the Breathless Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa with a group of 14 long-time friends to celebrate milestone birthdays and anniversaries. We will definitely come back to this resort for many reasons. The first and most important reason stems from the exceptional service we received specifically from Edwin and Rogelio at the pool. These two gentlemen knew all our names, never let our drinks get empty, served us food, and did it all with a smile. They were so professional and whoever hired them should be thanked. Most importantly, they treated us like family. They truly made our trip exceptional because the service they provided went above and beyond from what we've ever experienced in the past at other resorts. Also, we were greeted everyday and challenged to a game or two by Angel (Brown Sugar) from the entertainment team. He too was so personable, attentive, and funny! He was also so genuine in his mannerisms and kept us entertained! Aaron who was at the xhale club coordinator and always there to greet us and help us everyday treated each of us like family as well. He greeted us with a smile every single day. Again, the service was extraordinary. The rooms were modern and comfortable, the food at the buffet was delicious and we were luck to have Angel serve us a few times and he was so excited to serve us and so welcoming every time. Everywhere where we went, everything we did, and all our experiences, were only positive, fun, and memorable. Thank you to all the staff who made our trip memorable and thanks for making us feel like family. WE WILL BE BACK!

Credits to Spicy Luis, secrets premium Luis and sommelier Antonio
“Spicy” Luis and Secrets premium Luis are exceptional. Could write a novel about them. Antonio the sommelier is a genius and wonderful person. Erik the entertainer with braces is a beauty and feels like a friend. Food is delicious aside from buffet but the best part is the friendly staff.

Celebratory Trip
This was my first time here as well as my friends. We had such a great experience, there was lots of things to do throughout the entire trip and had such a fun time. We enjoyed all the events and the food as well! We had butler service with Isauro and Roberto, they were outstanding at their job. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everyone there was very friendly, kind, and accommodating the entire time! We did get to experience the spa as well, it was nothing I had ever experienced before and it was better than I even imagined it to be. It was relaxing and therapeutic and next time I go I will definitely be booking another spa service as well as the hydrotherapy. We were celebrating two things on this trip; my friends birthday and myself being the top seller at my job back home. I did get to meet the top seller at this resort as well, Jorge, and he definitely fit the top seller position! On my friends birthday, Ivan, Angel, and Erik brought a whole birthday celebration to the pool we were at without even requesting it! Sang happy birthday and had a pinata for her as well. The last day I lost my shoe, yes just one...(don't ask how, i couldn't tell you). We had the whole staff helping me look for it, taking the time and going the extra mile to find it for me and they brought it back to me. If that's not considered outstanding service, I don't know what is. I would 100% recommend for all of my family and friends and I will definitely be coming back.

Must Visit Resor
Such a beautiful place to visit. I vacationed with my husband , my sister and her wife. Everything was just perfect. The pool days were so much fun. Volly ball, water aerobics to the music playing. We had a 50 minute massage that was just heaven. The restaurant all had something unique. We loved Picante. We enjoyed the late night shows. The Queens tribute had use interactive and the magic show had us on our toes. The experience at Breathless was everything and more then we expected. The excursion they offer are so much fun. We did the zip line, atv riding and cave diving. Just amazing!!

Manuel From Xcelerate
I had an excellent experience. Manuel from Xcelerate was an amazing server. He went above and beyond to make us feel like home. He has a great personality, was very respectful and his customer service skills were outstanding. I would defenetly go back to this resort and would recommend it 100%.
