My best friend and I came here for a week and our expectations were exceeded! The food was amazing, which is hard to find sometimes at an all inclusive. The staff was so friendly and everything was so well kept & nice. Definitely coming back soon!

A fun, energetic vibe and definitely a favorite!
Went with my wife and we've tried a few of the UVC resorts in Cancun over the years but this is our favorite one. The resort had a nice open, airy vibe, the clientele is between 21 - 50 so on the younger side and it has an upbeat and lively energy to it. The food was delicious and service was spectacular. Our favorite restaurant was Coquette, the French one. We went back twice and Mauricio was our waiter. He was outstanding and made us feel like family. He was welcoming, knowledgeable and made our dining experience exceptional. The pools are packed and it's true, it's very hard to find a chair anytime after 9am but people are friendly and we always found a place to sit. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing food, atmosphere and entertainment! Check in was easy, staff was very helpful. Felt like home. No matter who you talked to, they were always ready to help! We will be returning to this establishment again. Beach had a lot of sea weed when we traveled, but staff worked endlessly to keep it to a minimum.

One of our all time favorites!
Love this resort! So much energy and fun wrapped up into a luxury experience. We did the Fizz Bar by the party/DJ pool and Samuel, our sommelier Samuel was super friendly and gave us the perfect recommendations for bottle service and Juan Carlos and Thomas as the pool waiters were fantastic! This is one of our all time favorite resorts for service, vibez and food. We'll definitely be back!

Staff is awesome!
Beautiful resort and spa. Food is excellent at all the specialty restaurants and also the buffet. Pools are nice, our oceanfront room was nice. The best part is the staff-so helpful and cheerful all the time. Want to mention a few we really enjoyed: Carlos-pool concierge; Geraldine- hostess at Bites; Isabelle- hostess at Steak Restaurant; Jorge- Xhale Club; Edward and Roger-pool waiters, Pedro-waiter at Steak Restaurant; Erik- Bellhop, and morning Barista at The Nook- always a beautiful smile every morning. Only complaint- we had a lot of seaweed so beach was not a great experience, but chair area/ hammocks area on the beach is nice including waiters!
