    Excellent Service at Steak House Restaurant

    The steak house restaurant was excellent! Our server Jacobo was very attentive and friendly. He made us feel welcome and relaxed. He answered our questions about the menu and let us know about the daily specials. Jacobo is a very professional server and an asset to this restaurant.

    Vacation that was perfect was us

    We booked last minute vacation and everything was very expensive by the time. We booked Blue Bay as budget friendly Despite bad reviews we took the leap of faith and we were very pleasantly surprised. People are talking about mold everywhere in the rooms. That is not true. Our room was very clean, People have pictures of elevators with water damage to the floor but I have been in other resorts where there are no elevators so to have a functional elevator to go up to 4th floor was amazing. There were few spots where you could smell some sewer smell but it was not in heavy traffic area. We asked at check in to give us room at higher floor to avoid any smell. Buffet food was good. We could find few items every day that were very tasty. Lots of vegetables fruits and healthy stuff. French restaurant was great. We r not big pool and ocean ppl so few chairs did not bother us that much Over all great experience

    Bluebay No way!

    The resort is tired. Food is repetitive, overcooked and underseasoned. Less than tasty. Mixed drinks were too sweet to be enjoyable. Black mold around my shower, barely a trickle of water from the shower head and what did come out was tepid at best. Part of the ceiling came down from rain damage on the 2nd floor of Tulum bldg and staff just kept walking around the mess at the base of the staircase until I complained The staff was pleasant enough but they really don't have much to work with.

    Jose is the best !!!

    Our first time at this resort, 7 day stay for us, family and friends. Can’t say enough how awesome and hardworking staff are here, huge shout out to our bartender Jose by the pool side snack bar, his great joyful attitude, amazing drinks (Paloma cocktail is my favourite now ) made our stay unforgettable!! Hope to see you again Jose next time we stay here 😁

    Great resort - really like the a la carte and the entertainments

    The animation team was good Kaci, Jared, Cynthia, Silver, Gus, lalo, Alondra, y monse. Fire show was my favorite so far My favorite a la carte was the Italian. The cenote down the beach was also good for snorkelling on windy days where the oven water was otherwise to rough
