Clean, beautiful, cozy resort
Relaxing, low key resort. spotless clean. good food, great drinks, great service. Friendly staff. always a beach chair. 1 bedroom suite worth the spurge for the balcony, but the studio is fine. we had to switch rooms the last night and staff was very helpful. Welcomed to our room with a lovely bottle of red wine and chocolate covered strawberries! We enjoyed it and may take the family!!

Great Experience at Turks & Caicos
The food at all levels was excellent. Gourmet menu with a lot of selections. The fish and beef were exceptional. Blue Haven provided total relaxation, with a very friendly staff. Room was large and comfortable with all the modern amenities. TV was excellent with a wide variety of US and Caribbean/European stations

Best vacation EVER
My husband and I went for our first kid-free vacation in years and our goal was to relax. Blue Haven certainly allowed us to accomplish our goal and we are excited to go back and bring our kids. When we first arrived we were greeted by the wonderful Makayla and Angie. Both of them were amazing and welcoming. We arrived before check in and they didn’t even hesitate to allow us to start enjoying the resort before our room was ready. Throughout the entire stay we were met with good mornings and welcome smiles from every staff member from security to the lovely housekeeping staff. Some shoutouts for staff members that went above and beyond: The first was Pedro at the beach. From the moment we met him we knew he was a star. He delivered drinks, food and smiles right to our chairs on the beach. Next was Natalee at the pool bar. She remembered my drink and was always there with a smile or funny comment that had us laughing. Especially during those poolside games that Smiley and his crew were leading. For dinner we had Michael as our server multiple nights and he was always quick and so kind. For breakfast, I loved that Daphne remembered us and our room number by the last day and always a joy to talk to and of course Gerald making those delicious omelets. In addition to the wonderful staff members, the resort itself was great. I loved the small boutique feel. Everyone knew each other by the end of the week. Walking out into the water by the rocks and just seeing the fish, kayaking to see the sharks and turtles was unreal. We did visit Alexandrea twice and it was so much bigger and as much as I prefer the smaller resort, I appreciated having the option to go to both resorts.

Probably the best all-inclusive in TCI, but leaves more to be desired.
I'll start with the good: - staff is mostly friendly - dining options (especially dinner) are plentiful between the two resorts, and dinner far exceeded expectations - the ability for all-inclusive at both Alexandra and Blue Haven is a plus - Blue Haven is nice and quiet, very peaceful to stay at with a good view - kayaking in the mangroves is a must! Lots of neat wildlife out there. - rooms are spacious and accommodating - the fresh juice at Cafe Agave (if you can get it) is awesome. - TCI itself feels far more welcoming than some other Caribbean countries The not great: - beds are ROCK hard. Like motel 6 rock hard. I'm 26 and felt 66 getting up every morning. Cheap Amazon beds are much more comfortable. Pillows are also terrible and sheets are SCRATCHY. - WAY too much prepackaged juice. Pretty much everything came out of store bought, from concentrate bottles or store bought drink mixes. Feels like part of the Caribbean experience is the fresh juice in your rum punch. When we were able to get fresh orange juice in our citrus punch from Cafe Agave, it was incredible. Most the drinks leave some to be desired. - Breakfast and lunch options/quality is abysmal. I get that all-inclusives have to cover their bottom line so they don't lose money, but the lack of quality options wasn't thrilling. The chicken, pork, and pizza at Salt are tough and poorly cooked, each of the 3 times we ate there. You can't even get fish and chips for lunch, only coconut shrimp and fries essentially. Would like to see some improvements here, but almost all of the dinner options were awesome! Might make sense to spread some of that quality out for lunch and breakfast too. - Servers need training, badly. I do not think any of them meant ill, and we did not expect them to be the greatest servers in the world, but many basic things were not taken care of. Almost every server we had at Fire and Ice would hardly talk, never smiled, and was just colder in general. Every meal (all restaurants), we would struggle to ever have our waters refilled and the server would forget to bring us drinks we ordered. Again, we didn't expect them to be the best we've ever had, but need to do the basics. Shoutouts to specific staff (go get your bonuses!): - Andre (best server we had, only good one we had at Fire and Ice) - Pedro (THE man when it came to drink and food service on the beach, incredibly friendly and engaging) - Rodney (THE man x 2 for drink and food service on the beach) - Karen (hooked us up with fresh juice at Cafe Agave) - Marjorie (Alexandra, black rock, did a great job trying to juggle many things, but only so much one person can do trying to do servers' jobs for them) - Kaylin (Alexandra, beach bar) - Sonisa (Alexandra, fish deck) - Augustin (Alexandra, black rock, very friendly and welcoming)

Amazing resort, book now! 😊
I highly recommend Blue Haven resorts. The customers service was top notch and my family and I had an amazing time. Big shout out to Shaneka who led the execution of some specific requests accompanied by Vanessa. Thank you again for the warm hospitality. Special shout out to the wonderful chef who cooked the fish the kids caught for dinner. Pedro was the man on the beach, smiley and his crew of two held down the pool (the nice lady that wrote the scores and the other gentleman from Jamaica who did the fire dance with smiley. All amazing. Daphne was incredible at the restaurant, Alondra was amazing and the teams assisted with all my conference meeting needs and went above and beyond to make our experience an unforgettable one. I recommend staying at the Blue Haven and then taking the shuttle a few times to see the sister resort to visit the beach but Blue Haven is the place to be no doubt. Book now!
