I came with my daughter and we had an amazing time. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was very welcoming and attentive.

A very pleasant trip!
The excursion trip of ‘Luxury Sailing and Snorkeling’ recommended by Bercelo resort was frustrating. Only rough waves and stinging water without fish were encountered. To make it worse, my wife along with a few other passengers threw up on the boat. Fortunately, the overall services in the resort were good. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food had a lot of variety and the quality was excellent. Moreover, the waiters worked very hard to serve the customers. We were particularly lucky to be served by Ramon Perez for a few days in the buffet restaurant. He understood our needs very well and served us proactively. We really appreciate the way he treated us and the nearby tables. His passionate attitude towards customers made our trip extra pleasant and memorable!

The place is nice, but the check in is a joke. Hours of a line to check in. It’s ridiculous. A million dollar company and they can check people in faster? It is horrible and almost ruined the trip. And then you have to wait in line to check out too!?!??!? This has to change.

Pretty sure our family will not go back.
Reservations are very hard to get. Then you go to the restaurants and they have many open tables. Not enough wait staff around the pool and pool bars. Food was very good though.

Beautiful property and amazing vacation spot
We stayed in the premium section of the palace and are very happy with the room, hotel staff, the beach grounds, the entire facility. Definitely would come back here again.
