Excellent trip. The resort is clean and extremely safe, the views are gorgeous and the staff is so attentive. Extra points for the entertainment team at the pool and in the kids club... they were lively, energetic, friendly and engaging every day without being annoying. We appreciated the extra care at check-in and walk to our room from Cesar. Pool aerobics and zoomba were a favorite time of day! Overall, it was a wonderful resort for a family.

Spring Break
Luis, our concierge, was wonderful! Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He checked in everyday and was eager to help us with reservations or anything we asked. He made sure we had a list of the daily activities. Luis made sure our trip was unforgettable. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Luis!

Exceptional Staff Creates Unforgettable Resort Experience
I've never experienced such wonderful care. Every single one of the staff is working so hard to create an amazing experience for the guests. So many folks went above and beyond and everyone was so kind and genuine (even while dealing with entitled tourists), it really stood out as a special place for this reason. Housekeeping was exceptional, even arranging my sons stuffed animals on the bed differently creating a fun surprise every time we returned to our room. Alejandro and Christian worked so hard and took such great care of us out by the pool. The activities team is THE BEST! My son felt so welcome by all of them and had so much fun dancing with them each day. The concierge, bell staff and front desk all create a warm and helpful environment through our entire stay. Lucilla gave the best massage I've ever had. While I have some small constructive feedback for a few small things, none of that matters compared to the overall experience from the countless staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, welcoming, amazing and fun! Thank you! We will never forget our visit!

Our stay was as-expected for an all-inclusive resort - mediocre food, okay service, hardly any available chaises at the pool and very crowded. Every morning, all the chaises by the main pool were taken by 7:00 am. The one morning (our last day) that we woke up early at 5:30 am to reserve our chaises, management went through and removed all items so that no one could reserve until 8:00 am. Horrible experience for a vacation with young kids that wanted to be at the pool all day, every day. The rooms in a newly renovated area were very nice. However, we booked a suite connecting to a standard room but were given two connecting standard suites. The hotel would not give us back our points/money for the difference so had to escalate this to World of Hyatt. Would not stay here again.

Family friendly, amazing staff!
This place was great for families. The food was great. The entertainment staff was amazing, especially Norma. I was celebrating a milestone birthday and I'm glad I chose the Hyatt Ziva for my stay. I can't wait to go back next year and visit again.
