Check in/check out was excellent with Romina Garfias, she is so pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining anything that you might need. Victor in premium lounge is excellent and very attentive to your needs. Pool is very clean and personal are constantly cleaning it and checking things out. Pool beverage service staff are always checking to fulfill your needs and are very polite. La Fontana restaurant was excellent with many choices and the service was wonderful. The buffet had a lot choices for breakfast but most of the food was cold, but the service was very good and very friendly. I would return here again.

LOVED this place!
We stayed for a second time at Barcelo in Huatulco. It was fabulous. I love the laid back atmosphere. Rooms were well maintained. Jesus at the front desk was again excellent for the 2nd year in a row! Connie in the spa gave an outstanding massage. Service at the pool bar was terrific.

Our 20th anniversary & first time to Huatulco. Great resort, lovely weather, lots of friendly guests. Lots of kids the first week of Jan but still a fantastic experience

There was no difference between the two buffet options, in fact lunch was below expectations. Coffee machine in the room was disgusting.

Barceló Huatulco 4-11 January 2025
Staff make this Barcelo great. Warm and friendly. Beach is very safe. Property is kept very clean. Food in all venues was excellent with a good variety at the buffets.
