The resort is surrounded by tropical vegetation and native fauna. The resort forms part of the Eco-Bahia Foundation, for environmental preservation and the accompaniment of native turtles in the laying and hatching of eggs on the beaches near the resort.
- More than 50 species of native plants and trees surround the hotel: red mangrove, Caribbean palm, white siriote, mauo flower, sea grape, and sea almond.
- Enjoy the native fauna: Mexican iguana, guaco hawk and ruby-throated hummingbird.
- You can join in with the Eco-Bahia foundation, with the nesting of sea turtles or the release of hatchlings after the eggs hatch between April and September.

This romantic Mexican flavor structure is located in the Hacienda Doña Isabel, it is a registered Catholic Chapel and has a capacity of up to 140 people seated. Mar 22, 2025Amazing romantic vacation at Bahia Principe
We had an amazing vacation at Bahia Principe Sian Kaan. The staff was amazing, golf was superb, and we loved all the a la carte restaurants. It was a little difficult to book reservations so I advise to book way in advance as soon as you check in. The shows at night were great, and the beach bar was lovely. Overall an amazing experience, will come back for sure!

Happy and hospitable staff!! The food was incredible. We are foodies and really appreciate quality meals. Even at the buffet, love and passion is put into an impressive number of dishes; the selection is amazing. The sauces and flavors were delightful. And of course the restaurants are a REAL treat. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this property as five stars.

Wonderful relaxing holiday at the Sian Ka'an
Wonderful relaxing holiday. The hotel is spotless and the staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful. We upgraded our room to one with an outside jacuzzi which was so nice to get into after a long day round the pool. Food was excellent especially the speciality restaurants. We loved Dolcie Vita and Ku'uk. Will definitely be returning here in the future.

We had a really lovely stay we had a few issues with our room being to noisy and they moved us no problem .we enjoyed the al a carte restaurants that we were able to book .only issue we had was that although the food looked amazing it was cold not warm cold . We ate mostly then from the cenote cafe which was lovely.

Mar 14, 2025Constant supply of alcohol used to disguise quality! If you wish to drink cheap alcohol all day this maybe for you?
From the second we arrived and were shown to our room, you could tell this was not a 5 star hotel. First room was on top of entertainment area ( playing bingo). We thought this was an upmarket exclusive hotel! Moved to second room, the air-con did not function properly so kept my husband awake all night. Moved to third room ( an upgrade)!!! On the first morning my husband had to call maintenance urgently as the toilet was overflowing with detritus and he was trying to stop the floor from flooding. Last 2 days of our trip there are elephants staying in the room above who make so much noise at 5 am in the morning it is impossible to sleep. You can hear every toilet flush and other aspects that should really be kept private. We had to unplug the fridge every night as it is so old and so noisy it vibrates and makes whooshing sounds all the way through the night. Some of the restaurants are good but on. 2 occasions I was told they could not feed me as everything was pre-prepared and they could not cope with cooking meat or fish without seasoning?🤔😱 My husband could eat but I could not. Today our checkout today. We had checked that out transportation was included, but no the appalling communication between the front desk and the concierge meant that we had to pay 100$US for a taxi to the airport. Put
