  Amazing resort

  Ola a todos, me and my family is still here from 6-13 april, we are in building 32, very clean and big rooms, fridge refil daily, 2 beers, 2 big water bottles, 2 Pepsi and 2 orange juices, AC is working very good, we close it for the night because is a bit noiser, shower and 2 sinks are in perfect condition, hot and cold water at any time. Food is awsome a lot of choises, and good quality, fruits and cakes are first class, I am a desert person and if they meet my expectations, than I can tell you is a 5 star chef here. The resort is awsome, always clean, gardens so beautiful and they take good care, flowers and plants everywhere. This is a 5 star resort for shure. The only thing not quite right is the ocean water quality, but this is in nature control, not humans. But the pool is amaizing. We do pool and beach daily. Personel here is very professional, courteous and funny. Wi Fi everywhere, outside, inside, even in the ocean, and has strong signal. We still enjoy and is only our second day here.

  Great vacation with family, recommended

  Overall we had a great time at this resort. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the negative reviews but don't let them deter you. The grounds are beautiful and very clean. The pool is big, we never had a problem finding somewhere to sit, and were always able to get a quick drink at the swimup bar. The beach is nice, not the crystal clear water, but the water is warm nevertheless and we never had any issues with jellyfish. We spent majority of our time at the beach and swam a lot. It was quiet which was nice and relaxing. We rented the kayaks and paddleboards which were free and fun to use. The beach bar was great too, the staff there were amazing. The lunch buffet by the beach was amazing and our favorite, the food was really good and lots of options. The rooms were bigger then expected, we had no complaints. It was nice getting the big water bottles refilled in the room every day. Staff were nice and friendly, there were a few unpleasant members but majority always seemed happy. The lobby was a nice place to sit and relax any time od day/night, have some drinks/coffee. The nightly entertainment could be better, it was a little bland, although the circus show was the best. And the a la carte restaurants could use some improvements with the timing of the food, waiting about an hour for a meal is ridiculous, some tables decided to leave as it was taking too long; the food was really good though. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort.

  The resort is gorgeous with great food and pool!

  The resort is absolutely stunning!! The grounds are just so incredibly beautiful! The food is outstanding in every restaurant. We ate at them all. White linen on every table. The staff is very attentive at all times and everyone is so friendly. The pool is gorgeous and very clean with lots of loungers and a large supply of towels all day Staff are constantly cleaning everywhere. The beach is beautiful with lots of loungers as well. The only thing that was not quite on par were the rooms. They are slightly dated and the tub area could use an upgrade. That said the room was cleaned upon request and the bar fridge was constantly refilled. There were large bottles of water replenished in every room. The beach is not Crystal clear water but we walked on the beach everyday and we loved it! There were plenty of activities for kids and adults. We did not see many mosquitoes at all. We went on the beach once later at night and got 1 bite. I would not hesitate to return.

  5* all the way

  Just got back loved this place. Service was great, the hotel was clean and very well maintained. The grounds looked like parks. The buffets for breakfast and lunch provided quality, and variety. A la cart were all fine dining. Our room was quiet and well maintained and clean. No complaints regarding hotel. Beach did have bees but they did not bother anyone and did not sting. Lots of pools in clouding a lovely quiet one. The beach was safe and relaxing to walk with no one constantly trying to sell you something . Will return most definitely Next year!

  Amenities great, staff were quite rude

  The good: 10 day stay for a family vacation. We enjoyed the amenities at this resort. The pool was great and clean. The food, drinks and entertainment were good. The rooms were older but very clean and the housekeeping did a great job. The French restaurant was amazing. The bad: - The beach - the sand was nice but the water is not swimmable due to jellyfish everywhere. - The Italian restaurant. We waited close to 90 minutes for our food while watching other tables get served and leave during that time. When the food did come, my son's pasta was so salty it was inedible. Our meat was overcooked. We finally left and went to the buffet instead. - Now for the staff....some were totally amazing (around 50 percent) but the others were rude. The staff in the disco were the worst. I tipped for every drink, but when I ordered, the bartender would actually sigh and roll his eyes for having to do his job. My sons and I would wait forever for a drink, while watching the bartender serve females first while ignoring male customers. I had one employee walking in the lobby while staring at his phone and bumped into me. Instead of apologizing, he actually cussed me out in Spanish (which I understand) and refer to me as a f$*@ing gringo).
