This resort is beautiful. The food is awesome. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are so comfortable. I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. Everyone goes out of there way to make your stay so pleasant. I will not list names, as I do not want to leave anyone out. From the reception to the buffet staff to the room cleaners and the bar staff, you are all amazing, and deserve to be commended. The beach is beautiful, even though the water is murky. I would recommend this resort to anyone

If you are looking for a clear water, stay away! Its very cloudy, you can see you hands or feet. Hotel is ok. But the water is not what you except when you go Caribbean. Hotel is not new, some of the rooms have very loud air conditioners. Food is ok.

Great resort.
This is a great resort, the food presentation and creativity were impressive. There was good selection for those who are picky eaters. Staff is very friendly, resort is exceptionally clean. I give this resort a 9/10. For those who go for ocean swimming this may not be for you.

Nov 13, 2024If you want to snorkel off the beach where you stay, I do NOT recommend this resort.
If you want to snorkel off the beach at the place you stay, this resort is not for you. We could not see our hand in front of our face. We have lakes at home where the water is clearer. If you want a relaxing, low key vacation this would be great. The pool is made for lounging. And is shallow all around. The food at the specialty restaurants is wonderful. The entertainment is okay. Overall I will never stay at this resort again. Because of how murky the ocean is.

Excellent long weekend
Except for the jellyfish at the beach and the lack of sufficient warnings, the entire experience at the hotel was excellent. From the arrival and welcome to the rooms, the attentiveness of all the staff, the food, the pool, the daytime and nighttime entertainment—everything was outstanding. Above all, the staff is highly skilled at making guests feel comfortable at all times. It was an excellent experience, and I will definitely return.
