    This resort was not safe for children although it is advertised as a family resort. The areas for playing are often poorly supervised and an absolute chaos. The food was so-so although the restaurant in the morning was ok. Very lackluster overall.

    Excellent Girl's Trip- & Perfect Family Destination!

    This girl's trip was amazing! The staff could not be more helpful! The food (especially the many speciality restaurants!) were fabulous. The beach is second to noe, with powder soft sand and clear water! It was so great, I plan to take my grandchildren next year! It is a perfect spot for children with the large splashpark and huge swimming pools!

    Nice beach but terrible resort.

    Food was terrible! I lost weight at an all-inclusive resort and that should never happen. The staff were rude and barely spoke English. Pools closed at 6pm, which I found to be restricting as my kids always love to swim during the evening hours when we travel. Reservations rep screwed up and charged us for Fantasia but mistakenly booked us at Grand Punta. Upon arrival we were instructed by the front desk to contact reservations again to sort out the issue. So for 6 hours my family had it sit in common areas as we were not allowed to check in until issue was resolved. Unfortunately, the issue was only resolved after we were forced us to pay an additional $600 on top of the thousands we had already paid. Never ever going back to Bahia

    The overall experience was amazing!!!

    The Staff was Extremely helpful and courteous especially Christina in the Family concierge, who went above and beyond to make our trip a memorable one. I would recommend Bahia Principe Fantasia's to families seeking to have an amazing family fun vacation.

    Beautiful stay and class!

    My friends and I had a fantastic time here! The beach was beautiful, and we loved the animation team and their entertaining performances. One of the highlights was the relaxing paddle yoga class with Maicol from Grupo Pemares. He was comedic, friendly, and nice to my friends and I.
