  BEST trip ever!

  Another great trip to the Bahia Principe Fantasia resort! My family and I visited this same resort last March and we just knew to come again! This trip was excellent, the pool was extraordinary, beach was great, all staff were helpful, and the food at the Laminar Buffet were absolutely delicious!! Laminar Buffet - The staff at this buffet were very kind. Thanks to Frandy, Bryan and Edward. A separate thanks for Juan Carlos for making our visit there another great stay as we saw him last year and he remembered us! He gave us 1 champagne bottle as it was our last day and was very very kind. Another special thanks to our dear friend Ruben. Ruben, who we also met last year, is one of the best people my family and I have ever met. He has been such a great person to be around. He is such a hard working guy and always brings anything we request. He is a kind soul and deserves everything!!

  Perfect vacay!

  We just returned from our stay at Fantasia, and I can't express how grateful I am for the experience! From the moment we entered the lobby, my daughter was in cloud 9. We had the chance to explore their other resorts as well, and every moment exceeded our expectations. The warmth of the Bahia community and their hospitality truly made our stay special. The entertainers put on outstanding shows, and I felt very safe with security personnel readily available. The rooms are outdated but the cleanliness made up for it. The cleaning staff were attentive, ensuring that any spills in the buffet were taken care of immediately. The food was absolutely incredible, as always. Bahia never disappoint, which is why we keep returning to their resorts. It truly feels like a home away from home. Thank you, Bahia, for another unforgettable experience!

  Very Professional

  Great and professional Service. Buffet and staff were excellent! Would definitely recommend and go back. I went with my wife and enjoyed it. Next time I will take my children to enjoy the family experience. The water park resort looked great for the children. They would definitely enjoy it. The spa should have been part of the package but you have to pay for it which was pricey.

  Unsanitarity

  My child got sick with an unknown virus at the hotel. He developed a high fever, lost his appetite, watery red spots appeared on his body, especially in the joints and around his mouth, after which scars began to appear on his skin. Also, my friend who travelled with us got diarrhoea of independence, which lasted for 5 days. This may indicate unsanitary conditions or the presence of viruses on the hotel premises (buffet or pool). I am very upset by such events.

  Excellent and Family friendly

  We had a great time and experience at this resort. The people were friendly and welcoming. Room and location were great. Food was nice and plentiful. Evening entertainment for the kids was great. Great to book a la cartes a head of times. This was great for young families to plan ahead. The family concierge called once to check in on us and make sure we had what we needed. The room was cleaned everyday. The fantasia water park was great and had security around the resort to avoid other Bahia guests from entering- that was very reassuring. Beach was beautiful- but the only thing I’d like to see in terms of changes are these items: The manager of this resort needs to be more visible in the morning/early afternoon around the fantasia beach area as the other resort guests were taking fantasia guests beach chairs. Secondly, we would like to see more drink service coming around this side of the resort as we didn’t get any of this service at the beach. Thirdly, you need to have more workers at the fantasia beach bar (long line ups). Lastly, the beach bathrooms need to be updated. Thank you.
