The most beautiful hotel y have ever seen, the rooms have the most amazing views and are very big, a plus, they have their own hot tub in each room for rainy days. the staff is amazing too! We had a great experience and will absolutely recommend this hotel! And the restaurant is delicious

Anniversary trip
Beautiful view of the Arenal volcano from the room. The room itself was very large and clean. The included breakfast was great! Lots of choices an delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite hot springs were nice, we also took advantage of the shuttle to titoku and had the whole place to ourselves. would definitely stay again

Stunning Views, Superb Service, and Relaxation
We recently stayed at the Hotel Arenal Kioro Suites & Spa, and it was an incredible experience! The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day. The staff was courteous and always attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The highlight of the stay was the breathtaking view of the Arenal Volcano from our room—it was like waking up in paradise. Additionally, we loved spending time at the hotel's sister facility, Titoku Hot Springs, which provided a relaxing and rejuvenating escape. I can’t recommend this place enough for a memorable getaway!

Brilliant would stay again
The views of the volcano from the room are stunning. The rooms are beautiful and the staff were friendly and because we wanted to learn Spanish they worked to help us (a lot of places the staff won't bother and just speak english) food and drink are very reasonable and all the food we had was delicious. I had the best deep tissue massage I've ever had in a hotel (they're usually too light with poorly trained staff) there was also an attention to detail. Our cleaner Jenny saw we drank a lot of coffee so left extra pods which you never see normally

Stunning views and hot springs but rooms/facilities need a revamp
The views are absolutely stunning and the hot springs marvellous but the facilities need an upgrade. Here are my suggestions: Improve ventilation in the bedrooms: - There is mildew/fungus growing on the walls in the bathroom - proof there is no ventilation, - Get rid of the hot tub/jacuzzi in the bedrooms - I doubt people use it given the hot springs in the park, yet they're an additional source of humidity and take up a lot of space. - Air the rooms so that they don't smell and feel like a cave. To facilitate this, install rigid nets on the glass window frames, to allow the outside air in and keep the bugs and insects out. I've seen this in plenty of other hotels. Improve the lighting in the bedrooms - the rooms are very dimly lit. Offer more reliable service - I requested a 6am wake-up call but reception called me at 6.23 am. The food is expensive for what it is. do not offer items that should not be served in an mountain area, for example the Caribbean seafood soup, which consisted of frozen seafood and was overpriced.
