My stay at the Royalton Antigua was wonderful. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. My Butlers Coniah and Marcus were exceptionally nice. The food and drinks were amazing . I would definitely recommend the Royalton Antigua for your next vacation spot.

Paradise
We had the most amazing stay at the Royalton. We discovered the meaning of the word “Paradise”. As a couple we felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived until the second we left. We had a very special romantic evening dinner on the beach. Both our butlers Coniah and Marcus arranged everything you needed and their professionalism was 5 star, they went above and beyond making sure that our stay was perfect. On the beach, Jarvarini and his team looked after us with cocktails and we were greeted in the mornings for breakfast at the Grazia by Shaneik with her big smile.

Lovely Hotel
This hotel is lovely, modern and beautiful. We have diamond club and we are really enjoying the extras that come with the package. The staff have all apart from one or two been friendly and helpful and lets face it we all have an off day. I had a hot stone massage with Ariel today it’s 80 mins of bliss she was amazing and the Spa experience was really nice. After reading all the negative reviews it nearly put me off but Im glad that i never let that stop me coming.

I still can’t figure it out how Marriott came to an agreement with that hotel chain being with the poorest service I have never seen before., it felt like the have slaves instead of employees unbelievable unfriendly staff, now digging into people that I know been in that hotel almost everyone agreed it’s a SH. Antigua has smaller hotels way better, they should learn something from them. So if you happen to stop in Antigua carefully pick your hotel to stay, but definitely stay away from ROYALTON !

Avoid this place
Had to leave early because of bad experience I had a terrible experience at the Royalton Hotel in Antigua and Barbuda. The property is filthy, with little to no attention paid to cleanliness. The staff were incredibly lazy and showed a consistently bad attitude, making the entire stay unpleasant. On top of that, the food was awful—completely unacceptable for the price and expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Zero stars for this place.
