We were traveling around Costa Rica with little kids and the Andaz proved to be the perfect place to stay and relax for a few days. Highly recommended for those with kids / couples (separate adult facilities), or anyone looking for a fun, beautiful place to relax. The spa was great as well. We scheduled a tour through the hotel which was okay but not too flexible with our schedule. We were so lucky to meet Nomad tourscr. we saw the reviews he came highly recommended by returning guests who toured with him before. We used him to go to the waterfalls, zip line, horse back riding and tubing. He tailored the trip for the day and time we had open and our driver was amazing and so helpful! I highly recommend Andaz resort it is a great property for a peaceful and relaxing getaway

Wonderful Stay!
Amazing experience! The resort is set in nature and the setting is beautiful. Our room, a Bay View Suite, had incredible views of the Bay and a huge bathtub that my wife thoroughly enjoyed. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and as mainly plant based eaters Mayur and Troy went out of their way to make sure we had great choices!

Excellent place shoes for home away from home. The entire staff smiled, and it wasn’t a forced smile. They truly enjoy their atmosphere that they provide for us as guest. It was not a place that I would have any concern about recommending to anyone

Great Experience, Can't wait to go back!!!
We absolutely loved the Andaz Hotel. It is beautiful, Our room was a suite which was so pretty. Everything was just top notch. The food was delicious in all the restaurants. But the best thing about the hotel, was the staff ! They were incredible. So accommodating, always on time to pick us up to take us where we wanted to go, help us with any needs we might have. We can't wait to go back. A great big THANK YOU to Whitney hotel management! She was a true blessing. Very kind and so professional.!

The absolute best
The absolute best staff, resort, amenities, food, rooms, cleanliness. Everything was impeccable and perfect thanks to the staff who ensured your every need was met with a smile. The chef is the best and so kind, no problems getting around on the golf carts, beautiful views, bountiful breakfast, excellent kids club, and activities are amazing. We will definitely be back.
