The rooms are beautiful and the staff is amazing. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and we felt so special with the details in our room (flowers, wine and “cajetas”). This was the fifth time we visit this amazing hotel and it is obvious that it is our favorite hotel in the zone.

Treated like royalty
The sweetest people and best customer service! The hotel was gorgeous and comfortable. The view from our room was beautiful. The facial I got at the spa was truly the best facial I’ve ever had. I’d love to go back sometime soon. Thank you to the staff who were amazing.

Friendliest staff ever!
We loved the resort, it was so clean and beautiful but the staff at the hotel truly made our stay that much more enjoyable! I could tell that the employees were well taken care of and that they all loved working at Andaz! they would always say, "it was my pleasure" and it felt very sincere.

Wonderful resort with wonderful staff!!
This resort was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! We had a great trip and the staff and all Costa Ricans we encountered were very nice and helpful. We will be back. The monkeys were awesome and we all enjoyed seeing them daily around the resort.

One would think, that over $1,000 a night in Costa Rica gets you a lot. It gets you an average hotel room, a view, a pool and a silty beach. The pictures of the room definitely used magnification. The beds were average. Everything was a surcharge, even with a large resort fee. This one baffles me.
