Expensive and worth it!
Our family of 6 stayed in Andaz Villa 800 for a week. The villa was spacious, modern and clean with daily housekeeping service. We loved the large private patio w spa and grill. Only downside was the complex lighting system and HVAC temp controls. The resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the tiered pools with great ocean views and poolside service. All in all a wonderful family get away! Highly recommend.

Overall Great Resort!
We came for our babymoon! There is a lot we loved about this resort, but still some areas that could be improved. The location was great; you could walk to the Shops of Wailea. We liked the beach, it felt private and was beautiful. We chose to eat off property for lunches, there are lots of great food trucks nearby. Loved the breakfast buffet on the property! The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Kamea, Angel, and Liza are a couple we remember that helped us with various things, and they were all amazing! For the negatives, we waited 2.5 hours for our room. We did arrive early but also told them ahead of time when we were arriving. Housekeeping was VERY slow. We would go hiking for the first half of the day and sometimes return between 1 and 2, and our room was still not turned. Overall, a great hotel that I would recommend, and we loved our stay! However, if we return to Maui, we will likely try out one of the other beautiful resorts nearby.

Top notch staff and resort
Amazing stay. We spent a week in a timeshare condo with friends then decided to have 1 night at the Andaz to celebrate my husbands 60th. We are World of Hyatt members and booked a standard room but were upgraded to an ocean view 1 bedroom suite. It was wonderful. The staff are wonderful, the property stunning, and the beach location is the best. Thank you to all the staff that made it an amazing 24 hours!

Way understaffed and clearly the staff are disrespected and underpaid.
How can you charge your “guests” this much for mediocre service? Price gouging! Who is okay with charging customers $40 for a grilled cheese sandwich?!

Andaz Maui beautiful stay.
Beautiful property. Good beach for snorkeling and swimming, and spectacular 3 (or is it 4) infinity pools cascading down the hill. Two very good restaurants: Morimoto fantastic, Ka'ana very good. Good sunsets from rooms and lobby. Only has Valet parking, so be prepared to pay $60 a-day to leave your car. Good, free transportation provided around Wailea. Shopping Center 2 minutes away.
