  Beautiful hotel and Ambience - A must go!

  Day 1 of 14 - myself and my two children 10 and 13 have traveled a fair bit so it’s safe to say we can judge pretty reasonably … This is one of the most stunning locations and hotels we’ve ever stayed in! The hotel is in keeping with the Mexican Spanish culture so really authentic and creates a beautiful ambience with the chill Spanish music playing (not too loud) I love how the hotel is decorated! I’m not a fan of white and clinical - with no culture. The staff are very friendly - the hotel is very well run. The room is simply stunning!! the beach resting at the door 😍 So spacious and clean!! I had read read reviews prior to coming and feel it’s sad people go home and complain without pointing out all the good. This hotel is very reasonably priced so if people are expecting more then perhaps their budget should reflect that? Another key point the aqua park which is well situated - across the road is open to the public so there are notices to be vigilant - it would be incredibly unfair for anyone to blame any incidents on the staff!! Finally THIS IS A MUST STAY! do not be put off by any bad reviews as it’s a very safe, clean and stunning hotel located perfectly for us!! Not too busy not too quiet… with all amenities locally - we always prefer that then being smack bang in the middle of all the noise and hussle Cant wait to enjoy the rest of our holiday - the staff have been more then accommodating - massive thumbs up from us

  Profound disappointment with my recent stay at Hotel All Ritmo.

  Update Profound disappointment with my recent stay at Hotel All Ritmo. While I appreciate the initial attempt to address my concerns (as evidenced by the minibar restocking after my initial complaint, which, I must add, was not sustained throughout my stay and it was only a couple of cans), the overall experience fell drastically short of expectations and the advertised amenities. Water is limited to two bottles per room, not per guest and more can only be available upon purchase. Firstly, the dining experience was misrepresented. The claim of five restaurants is misleading. The buffet, while available, offered repetitive and poorly maintained food. Ostras restaurant’s limited availability and fluctuating theme nights, coupled with the mandatory theatre dinner on our final evening (removing alternative dining options), proved restrictive and inconvenient. The Gondola restaurant is essentially a snack bar(only offering hot dogs, hamburgers, quesadillas(only cheese) and fries) transitioning to an Italian-themed evening, with limited snack options available only during specific hours. Then it reverts back to a snack bar in the evening which only has salads and sandwiches. If you miss their close time and didn't go to the store you will have to wait until breakfast) Pancho Villa also operates as a limited-time snack bar. The advertised variety simply did not exist. I have attached photographic evidence supporting these claims, including the posted hours for Ostras. Secondly, accessibility was a significant issue. The lack of an elevator, while mentioned on the website, should be prominently displayed on Expedia. The alternative ramp is inadequate, requiring three staff members to assist a wheelchair user. This is not an accessible hotel, and the numerous stairs throughout the property, including access to the buffet on the lower level, created difficulties and even resulted in injuries for other guests. I witnessed this firsthand. Furthermore, several advertised amenities were either unavailable or substandard. Internet access was limited to common areas, which should be clearly stated on Expedia instead of having people sitting on the floor on common areas to sort out issues requiring Internet. i.e. emails. The hot tub lacked hot water throughout my stay despite attempts to resolve the issue with staff, and its condition was generally poor (photographic evidence attached). While pillows were provided upon request, the need to request them despite reservation notes is concerning. The beach tax is payable only in Mexican pesos, and limited to only this resort, should have been disclosed on Expedia. Regarding the water park, while the initial denial of access and misinformation about check-out times was rectified by the manager the following day, significant portions of the park were closed during my visit, diminishing its value. Photographic evidence of this is attached. Finally, the hotel's overall condition does not align with the images presented online. Outdoor seating is damaged, the deck has holes, the pool has gaps, drinks are watered down, and even basic supplies like tequila and mango were frequently unavailable. In summary, my stay at Hotel All Ritmo was characterized by inaccurate advertising, substandard amenities, and accessibility issues. Given the significant discrepancies between the advertised experience and the reality of my stay I would encourage you all to not stay there, but you be the judge with images for this year. ------ Check Google for updated images and Original Post.

  Not the best

  I couldn't go further back than March 2024. Stayed here in August of 2020, I know COVID was still around and the resort was OKAY for the most part. Food was not great and it could have very well been due to them keeping things closed due to COVID and not many people staying at the resort. Staff was nice and the kids waterpark was closed.

  Wost place ever

  Run down horrible place dirty and its only a 2 and a half star food is aeful beds are discusting what a waste of money no shop to walk out and get food its been the holiday from hell even the pool is filthey dont wasye your money and you csnt even move hotel i offersd to pay more afyer i wad kept up with drinken people fighting its one of the worst places ive ever been we even paid 200 more to upgrade the room and we have mived room 3 times it really is bad no towels so u had to use your beach towel

  Great experience!

  Wonderful vacation at All Ritmo Hotel with my Lady and our 3-year-old daughter. I would like to thank Arturo from the reception, who was always available and very helpful. A big thank you to the staff at the Gondola Bar, who work incredibly hard—they are truly amazing, both the evening and morning shifts. Thank you, All Ritmo!
