Water Park
The most important attraction of the water park is the Tree House, a massive structure that gives access to a set of four slides which, varying in size and adventure, flow into a pool of 810m2 (or 8,718 sq. ft.). Decorated with symbolic animal figures native to the region, this platform also has a huge bucket pouring water jets 2 meters (or 7 feet) into the air, creating a stunning waterfall feature. The Tree House is suitable for children aged 8 years and above. Adult supervision is required.Located steps from the Tree House is our half meter deep wading pool conveniently designed with little ones in mind. With interactive games like jets, fungi and waterfalls, it is a space where children under 8 years old can play safely. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

The Pros: -Julio, our host, was amazing, he made the trip bearable -Ocean Views -Beachfront was nice The Cons: Poor service - Service hotel staff members forget they are in the hospitality industry - Got grief for asking for more towels - only had 2 towels in the room, we had 4 occupants - when delivered, staff asked for our dirty towels in exchange for the new ones; 1st day there had no dirty towels. - Several members of our party got bacterial infections. They do not provide room service. When we went down to the buffet to get them food/drink, we got grief and told we could not remove food or drink from the buffet area. - Did not notify us of maintenance being performed. They turned off the water while my wife was in the shower. Poor accommodations - We had 3 rooms/units; each unit had a bad sewer smell coming out of the floor drain in the bathroom. - 2 of our 3 units needed maintenance performed on the sink our toilet. Poor Value - This is definitely a budget hotel that is in desperate need of updating/renovation - For what we paid and what we received, I know we could have found a lot better

I have been here for less than 4 hours amd they stoley stuff from the waterpark, no security, no cameras and no staff around to avoid these things There is no sweet/icrecream station and no cafeteria, the bars give you watery cocktails. They KEEP YOUR ID just for a towel as DEPOSIT, you have to sign in and sign out a form to get back your NATIONAL DOCUMENTS just for a piece of fabric but if people goes around stealing it's ok I am disgusted and it's not even passed my first day here

Alex was a cool person very helpful very nice would most definitely come again.The breakfast was amazing many selections for adults n kids. The view is amazing here all the staff were very helpful.if u decide to come Alex is ur man for it all he was very respectful to my family

Dec 20, 2024Low cost basic all-inclusive resort
We went Dec 1-15, 2024. We have been there a few times, but had not stayed in around 12 years. I am sorry to say the place has gone down. The alcohol is bottom shelf unless you pay the $20/day upgrade. The buffet is limited and some items will be on the breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the meat selections are very limited (only saw bacon once in 2 weeks at breakfast and never saw any sausage other than chorizo). Don't waste your time with either the Mexican or Italian restaurants!!! In fact if your stay includes you should just to the good Oscar's restaurant every night! The dinner shows were hit and mis, the Michael Jackson show was great, but the Mexican night not so much. The pool lounge chairs are well past their use date and aren't comfortable. The pool umbrellas were only out 1/3 of the times. There are limited seating in the inside bar for the night. The loungers at the waterpark were much better and the park itself is nice. Gets loud around 7am as traffic down the street starts up and housekeeping collects in the hallway. The resort is very clean. Overall this is low cost option for all inclusive in Cancun and that is the main thing it has going for it. If you are an American of Canadian this is probably not a good choice really for you and wouldn't meet your expectations and you could have and just to Florida etc.

All Ritmo Cancun: Credit Card, Debit Card and $140 Stolen From My Room
In my opinion, this is a Criminal Enterprise that masquerades as a "hotel". During my stay, my wallet remained in my hotel room the entire trip, as I stayed mostly at the resort (and when I didn't, my wife paid). My wallet did Not leave my open suitcase once. On the day I was checking out, I opened my wallet to uncover that $140 USD along with my Debit and Credit Cards were STOLEN from my wallet in my suitcase. This can only be one person - the housekeeper. Upon arriving home and dealing with cancelling my cards, I called the hotel several times for the General Manager (GM), but no one speaks English and they just hang up. I have sent an email to the GM informing him or her of the theft, and thus far there has been no response. DO NOT stay at this hotel, unless of course you're into getting robbed, and then ignored by management.
