The resort is the worst property I have ever stayed at in Mexico. I travel to Mexico twice yearly and this was a horrible location. Black mold, phone inoperable, AC leaking on me soaking the bed one night, toilet and sink needing repair daily. Beautiful shower and the spigot was a straight pipe out the wall.

Just got back from All Ritmo, stayed here with my son 11. The staff on reception where friendly and helpful, we got to check in early which was good, however we got informed that the garden room we had booked was over the road in a separate area next to the water park and they where trying to get us to pay to upgrade to stay in the main hotel at around $35 a night ! I didn’t want to pay extra to stay in the main hotel, the room we had was very basic and didn’t have any toiletries in it, they did provide them when I asked. Also no WiFi in the garden rooms ! You can get it around the pool there but it wasn’t always the best. There’s no bar on that side and the pool is only small, it is however nice and quiet. The food options in the buffet were generally good, something to suit everyone. You can book the Mexican or Italian theme nights if you like, I booked the Italian but wasn’t sure where to go and we just had the buffet. They’re generally outside. The other restaurant is Adult only, I did book this for myself as my son is old enough luckily, have the chicken the beef was like old boots ! The chicken was lovely and the service was good, worth while if you can leave your child or don’t have any, The biggest let down was probably the bar as they served them in mini plastic cups, there’s no cocktail menus just a list behind the bar and they were not great. My son loved the snack bar and the water park, to get towels you need to leave an ID and I wasn’t handing over my passport for a towel do I just used the room ones. The games room is good and we always managed to get a turn on the tables. We had a nice week and it wasn’t a bad hotel but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. In my opinion it’s not a 4 star resort ! It did us for the week

We had an amazing time. The staff was very attentive, friendly and efficient. The food was fabulous. The resort could use a little TLC but they have everything you need. We enjoyed the beach swim up bar and entertainment. The bang for the Buck is great.

Wonderful dinner
The International restaurant was amazing. Jose Cantù & Jose Cordova we attentive and friendly servers. They brought out all the food promptly. They were attentive to when we were done with the course and filled drinks. The food was beautiful and delicious. Chef Antonio did a wonderful job plating. His flavors were on point. Israel kept up with our drinks. We were never without. Truly a great staff.

Went there with my family for a week, very great trip, the weather and water were warm and nice, amazing servise, the food was great, staff was very kind and friendly. Had low expectations, but this trip totally payed off. Maybe will go here again
