Staff interactions with guests are horrible
Overall, the staff interactions were just not pleasant and what we would expect from a resort such as this one. Ex- We had no idea that we couldn’t lower the beach umbrella. If someone had told us (or better yet a sign) that ahead of time, it would’ve been very different. So as we were lowering it, a beach worker came over and literally yelled at us. Not a pleasant experience at all. When we raised it up later because it was too sunny, he came over yet again and scolded us. I just couldn’t believe that one of their workers would talk to us like that. It completely ruined our time there. He continued his rant to tell us that they have cameras and are watching us. Unbelievable and shocking that he would say this to us. Lowering or raising a beach umbrella should not elicit this response. Especially when we did it the previous day and not a single person said anything to us. Nor is there any sign anywhere, so how are we supposed to know this??

The Best Vacation - Again!
When my husband asked where I wanted to go for a Spring vacation, he laughed and said that he knew exactly where I wanted to go! The Alexandra Resort! We were there in December of 2024 and I labeled my review then as The Best Vacation Ever! This vacation did not disappoint and was even better! Adrian the Reservations Manager, greeted us warmly and directed us to a lovely newly renovated Garden Suite with a partial ocean view. The accommodations were beautiful! The Housekeeping at the resort is meticulous, the rooms spotless and bathrooms and bedroom up to date with great water pressure in the shower. Needless to say, as beautiful as the room was, we came for the beach at gorgeous Grace Bay! The water is crystal clear and the most beautiful shade of blue! I spent hours just gazing at its beauty and swimming in the pristine water. The lounge chairs are quite comfortable, and all have a good size umbrella and a table between two chairs. What makes the Alexandra stand out from other resorts, in my opinion, is the staff. There is a culture of excellence there and everyone at the resort is genuinely concerned for the guests and strive to do their best to ensure that we had a wonderful time. Since we were there in December, we were surprised that many of the staff remembered us and Sonice at the Fish Deck even called us by name! I must highlight Marjorie who greeted us with a big welcoming hug and was so genuinely happy to see us again! One can tell that she loves interacting with guests and she does her job with grace, efficiency and humor. We enjoyed our delicious beachside jerk chicken lunches, the seafood at the Fish Deck and Black Rock for wonderful steaks. Breakfast at Asu was a delicious buffet assortment of foods. In all, I am already looking forward to us returning to our Caribbean "home" next April! Alexandra is the best!

Truly Exceptional in every way!
We just returned from a one week stay as a family of 16. I was completely blown away by this resort. Having been to Turks previously, I knew to expect a pristine beach, but the cleanliness of the resort, the truly spectacular food, and the excellent service exceeded all of my expectations. The newly renovated suites are very well appointed, and our room was very comfortable for two adults and two children. The food was the best I have encountered at any all inclusive by FAR. We did not have one meal that I would say was less than excellent. The true standout was the Jerk chicken by the beach, but some nice touches were the excellent steaks as well as the healthy smoothies. As I mentioned, we were a large group, but the hotel was able to accommodate us very well. This can be difficult, so we expected some hiccups, but the hotel really came through. The only area of opportunity was the shuttle service - because we were such a large group, we weren’t able to fit in one shuttle and we often had to squeeze in together. The shuttle only runs once every hour and I believe together the shuttles only accommodate about 24 people, so more frequent shuttles with larger vehicles would be my recommendation. I would return to this property without question, and our entire group is so thankful to all the staff at the resort for making this very special trip so memorable for us!

Good Choice for All Inclusive in Grace Bay
Just returned from a quick 5-day visit to T & C, staying at Alexandra. If you are looking for an all-inclusive resort, this is a good choice. While smaller than the two larger ones on GB it is also less crowded & crazy. We had a beachfront 1BR that was clean and in good shape. Beach is beautiful as many have noted and plenty of seating, however you will need to get out early to grab a front row chair (and it seems some people secure them early and never show up!). Pool was good size for the resort, no problem finding a seat and towels are plentiful at both pool and beach. Fitness center is small but has the basics covered. Breakfast buffet is good with eggs to order station, we dined here every morning. Fish Deck was OK, Black Rock was very good as was Fire & Ice at Blue Haven. Truck Stop was good with a variety, lastly the place by the beach with Caribbean Chicken and Ribs was excellent. We pretty much used the beach bar day and night, with only a couple of visits to the pool bar. Bar tenders are attentive but be sure to tip if you want to be a priority and get good pours. Our room was kept stocked with water, sodas and beer and was kept very tidy by the team. For the most part everyone was friendly and helpful. This is a solid 4-star resort and a good choice if you are visiting T & C.

Amazing trip beautiful water great accommodations
We had a great vacation staying at the Alexandra resort. The food was all good. The drinks were wonderful. I loved that they had a smoothie bar that you could get protein shakes anytime of the day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was smaller than we anticipated, but it was OK because we literally were in there just to sleep. The only negative thing for me was the bed was very hard. Most places we’ve stayed have had a pillow top mattress that was very comfortable, but housekeeping was very accommodating and actually brought me an extra comforter that I folded up and laid on my side of the bed, which made it more tolerable
