I love this place! This is amazing place!
Be I have wonderful stay in this resort. The food was good. Restaurant is very good. Beach is excellent! Highly recommend everybody!

We travelled as a friend group of 6 couples and overall were very impressed with the Barcelo Maya Palace. The resort is kept in impeccable shape, the food was decent and the rooms spacious and clean. My only critique is there needs to be better late night food options. Opening the Coral Grill from 10pm to 1am would fill that gap!

Great start
All around this was a great start. The bars where amazing the people where amazing and the location beach bars and drinks where way better then I expected would return and do it all over again. Thanks for having me!

It’s my third time to Barcelo Maya Palace and this time I was very disappointed with front desk service and rudeness. My vacation was screwed because we didn’t get connecting rooms or even close by rooms. Our family with small kids had two rooms and they gave us very far on different floors, even though my friends (3 families) arrived a day early and got all their rooms next to each other. I called three times before arriving and emailed the resort to please do our rooms connecting or at least close by. So if you are traveling with family and getting 2 rooms and expect then to find you connecting or close by rooms , you should consider another resort
