AMAZING STAY!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE. My wife and I had our wedding in cabo and decided to have our honeymoon at Grand Velas. Everything was perfect and everyone on the staff was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. Our concierge, Christian, made our stay perfect and he was so kind and helpful throughout. Highly recommend staying at this property

Always the best service, food, and comfort. Special thanks to Josue who made sure our every need was met during our wedding weekend at grand Velas. Cocina de artur is a must go while you are visiting this resort. Everything here is always spectacular

Beyond expectations - A luxurious all inclusive resort
We had a wonderful visit to Grand Velas. Josue, our personal concierge, surpassed our expectations with his impressive service, kindness, attention to details and making us feel like this is paradise! The team at the resort went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration so special! They treated us to a special welcome cake and drink, followed by strawberries dipped in chocolate and the most delicious champagne. Our children enjoyed the pool and facilities. My son felt like royalty basking in the sun and enjoying his numerous mocktails! We had a relaxing stay and look forward to coming back another time. The Pereiras family from Toronto

Grand Velas Wows Us Again!
Another premiere experience at GV. We have traveled extensively all over the world. We never go to the same place twice. Except Grand Velas Los Cabos. We were there in Feb and came back in Nov. Going again in Feb 2025! Yep. It is that special. If you can swing it at all get the Grand Class suite. Corner suite w view out to ocean and other view over the gorgeous resort and private plunge pool. Shower even has a door to a little balcony. HUGE suite with all the amenities. Spa is not to be missed. Water Ceremony is so relaxing. Diamond Facials and Couples Therapeutic massage with Carmen and Christina are Heaven. Those two therapists are the best we have ever had. So talented, strong, and loving. It seems like all the employees are best of the best. I think they are very happy and proud to work there. We chatted with many of them about that. Some standouts were: Alexis/Natalie - concierge. Nothing was too much trouble Elena - pool service. Omg. Amazing Martin - server at Frida. We didn’t even look at menu. We put ourselves in his hands and he took the challenge. Wonderful Brian - Bar Miramar. He is relatively new. With his charm, great English and service attitude he will go far. Jonathan - Azul. 9 days on the job. Hope he keeps his energy and super friendliness. He is a gem. ALL - the young ladies that are hostesses at Azul (Lizbeth, Sarai, ??) They greeted us by Name And suite number each morning. Beautiful smiles and genuine service. Our Housekeeper(s) - I wish they would leave a card with the names. They are Rock Stars! Jorge - men’s locker room spa - He and my husband chatted in Spanish/English. Super friendly and respectful. I know there are many others. It is a great place to practice Spanish without feeling shy. Most employees are so happy to chat with you. They help with your Spanish and also like to practice English. Really fun. Ok. Food. We ate at every restaurant. Favs were Frida and Lucca. They will blow you away if you let your server guide you. Velas 10 is a solid steak place. Try the Grilled Romaine Salad! Autor speaks for itself w its Michelin star. Azul for breakfast/lunch is amazing and I hate buffets! This one is outstanding. Piaf - didn’t eat here last visit so we were excited to try. Hmmmm. Service was not good. Waited much too long at our table to e en get a drink order. Food was just ok. They need to step up the game to get on track with the other restaurants in my opinion. The only other “complaint” is Koi Bar. Weird vibe. You get the sense you are bothering the servers/bartenders by just being there. Place is empty and yet we waited 10 min for a server and another 15 to get drinks while watching at least 4 employees behind bar doing ? Sorry - this should be a great venue and it really falls short. No cherry for Manhattan? Are you kidding me. Should have Amaro or Luxardo cherries at a premium place. I know, I know - first world problem. But… Did we love it our second time? You bet we did! Will we return? Absolutely! Reserved for Feb 2025 in 3 Grand Class suites to treat our family. Can’t wait!

Grand Velas Los Cabos -- An Absolute Oasis!
My husband and I stayed at the Grand Velas Los Cabos in late October 2024 and can't say enough about how FABULOUS this property is!! It's an absolute paradise and we've never had such incredible service by hotel staff. The pool attendants were wonderful - we especially like Javier. Our personal concierge, Josue Martinez, was OUSTANDING! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and kind and got us into restaurants and on a sunset cruise at the last minute to see "The Arch" - and checked on us several times throughout the day, each day we were there. We were so impressed with and grateful for Josue. He's a game-changer in the level of enjoyment you'll have at Grand Velas - we highly recommend asking for Josue and highly recommend this property! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for everything you did for us, Josue!
