Jan 08, 2025Amazing Service made up for some age in the property.
I recently stayed at the Dreams Playa Mujeres Resort and Spa, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the level of customer service was exceptional, especially for Preferred Tier Guests. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were attentive, responsive, and always ready to assist with any requests we had. However, the property itself is showing signs of age. The bathrooms in particular need significant repair, with some fixtures and tiles looking worn out. While the service was top-notch, the overall condition of the property could use some updating to match the high standards of the service provided. In summary, if you're looking for outstanding customer service and a relaxing getaway, Dreams Playa Mujeres Resort and Spa is a great choice. But be prepared for some areas of the property that may need improvement.

Ask for Omar!!!
I can’t say enough about Omar! He went above and beyond for my family. We arrived on a rocky start, however Omar made the difference in every way possible for my family and I to have the best vacation!!! He was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions we had ask and provided us with information.

A new DREAMS Mujeres adventure at the north edge of the Yucatan peninsula on the Caribbean shore.
We are Unlimited Vacation Club members and also their Preferred Club, so we appreciate and use the Preferred Club benefits often. The DREAMS Mujeres is on one of best long, long WHITE SAND BEACHES I have every seen anywhere in my world travels. Our Preferred Suite overlooking all the palm trees, swimming pools, the white sand beach and entire bay and the clear Caribbean Sea were wonderful. Amazing and professional evening special dance shows, lots of other entertainment and a Explorers Club for children up to 12 (loved by my granddaughter). All of the staff members were so kind and helpful. Lots of places to eat and we especially enjoyed the World Cafe'. Room service for early pots of coffee and other foods delivered to our suite was quick and good too. DREAMS Mujeres, Mexico was a wonderful Christmas and New Years holiday for our little 3 generation familu. It is very popular with family with all ages of children and teens ..... and they had a spetacular outdoors New Years Eve Party for everyone. This is the fifth DREAMS Resort in 4 countries, so you can see that our family loves them and knows they will always be a vacation success.

Customer Service response time
Sometime the front desk did not respond our requests in timely manner, or misunderstood our questions. For example, we requested to have 6 more bottles of water, but the door delivery took more than 3 hours to arrive after pushing for three times.

fun and relaxing trip
I went there with my wife and two kids. The room was spacious and relaxing. The food was pretty good. Several times we missed the meal time and ordered 24 hours room service. It was delicious. All the employees were nice and greeting to us all the time.
