Nov 24, 2024Another Awesome stay in Paradise!
Another wonderful stay at Cap Cana for us #4.. We are UVC members and spent the week With 4 other members who have become great travel friends. We booked a basic room and got a nice complimentary upgrade to a preferred swim out in building 4 ocean front which was awesome!! The room was immaculately cleaned daily along with daily stocking of treats like Milky way, Pringle and M and Ms and nightly turndown. We ate at all the restaurants and never had a bad meal.. loved everything. Service was timely and everyone was over the top and lots of smiles! Grounds and pools are beautiful and staff works hard keeping them clean and maintained. There are so many great people working here.. our friend we were with has been here over 20 times and knows everyone by name... For us standouts were Carla the preferred manager and Omar who were both over the top making sure we had everything we wanted.. Also Waiter Rowdy for keeping the Margaritas flowing... our cups were never empty!! We cannot express our love and appreciation for our Butler Anibal enough. From checking in on us multiple times daily to arranging special dinners for 8 people and surprises in our room multiple times... this guy is just so caring, thoughtful and sincere. The concern and compassion he showed when one of our friends had an unfortunate fall will never be forgotten. This was our 3rd time with him and he is a huge reason why we will return again and again. It's not hard to see why this is the top rated resort in the DR!! and worth every penny . Do yourself a favor and book it!!

Amazing staff and clean resort ANIBAL, FRANKLIN and YULISIE
Anibal was our butler and was absolutely amazing all around! I would go back just to see him. But there is so much more good about this place. Also Franklin made crepes by the preferred pool and always greeted us with a smile and we looked forward to seeing him! It was always super clean and someone was always cleaning every where we looked. Yulisie was at the pool and kept our cups food with a smile on her face! Anibal went out of his way for us and would do anything to make us smile and laugh. At time we said that he would “spawn out of no where” through the trees to talk to us.

The Butler service was over the top !! The resort blows anything sandals has AWAY ! By far the best resort experience !
Carlos the Butler was absolutely AMAZING !! I highly recommend asking for him if you can !! The resort was far better than any resort I have ever been to !! You cannot go wrong by going here ! We did the preferred pkg and I recommend it ! Very quiet , no loud music like at other resorts ! Just peace and quiet !

Beautiful honeymoon
We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was a beautiful resort with a lot of food options. The room was beautiful. The beach was pristine with white. sand. Dominican people are so nice. Luis at the coffee shop was great, she made great drinks and he always did it with a smile. Also Alcides, Luchy and Ramon at the coffee shop were great. Esmilgris at concierge desk was really helpful when we had an issue with our Costco rep. Anthony made the best drinks and really entertained us. He was at the beach bar the first few days we were there and later he was at the pool bar. Jose in the kitchen was great. He made any kind of omelette we asked for and always did it with a smile. Every morning in the Market Cafe we had the pleasure of seeing Aneury. He was serving us drinks and always checking on us and cracking funny jokes. He was great. Iris who was the wonderful lady that cleaned our room was great. She did a great job the whole time we were there. She really went above and beyond. I also have to give out a shout-out to Beyonce and La Diva from the entertainment team. And finally Manuel Maldonado who welcomed us to the hotel and showed us around was really great and added some nice touches to make my wife feel special for our honeymoon. While don't remember everyone's names I have to say that every single staff member we interacted with were really nice and made us feel special during our stay at your resort. Thank you all so much

Dream Honeymoon Location
Secrets is everything I imagined and more! We went for our honeymoon and loved every second of it. Carlos Javier was our butler and he was more than welcoming, always there to help and was very prompt! We couldn’t have asked for a better butler, staff and experience. The food was amazing, service was beyond wonderful, drinks were lovely and our whole week was magical. There are so many activities to do and opportunities to be entertained or simply just enjoy the quiet. I can’t recommend this enough and we will be back!
