    Great experience at Palma real

    This was my first trip to DR and I absolutely loved it. Stayed at paradisus Palma real and I was blown away. Amazing staff and team. Great resort. My concierge Adriel was amazing. He made my trip exceptional by taking care of everything from reservation to booking transport and informing me of activities. I really appreciated his proactive initiative. I absolutely loved my stay and hope to visit soon again. Cheers Mk

    Go to the Paradisus Palma real

    The resort is relaxing full of good food and kind hospitable people. My favorite restaurants were Flora and Santé. The waiter at Santé Juan was amazing and made my boyfriend and I feel extremely welcomed and cared for. If you are looking for a relaxing but fun trip with friends, family or significant others I highly recommend the Paradisus Palma real. It has an amazing mix of calm relaxing and fun and exciting excursions and activities. If you can, opt for the concierge service. Ours was Adriel and he was super kind and helped us booked excursions, dinner reservations, spa treatments and more. He was a key aspect to making our trip unforgettable.

    Amazing atmosphere

    This place was amazing. The food was great, the beach was beautiful and everyone was so accommodating. I went with my girlfriend and our favorite place to eat was Santé. Our waiter Juan (at Santé) was by far our favorite. He was so charismatic and fun.

    Horrible,

    Horrible experience, came at hotel around 4pm, now is 8pm and still nothing works in the room, no air condition, frig, TV remote control, safety deposit. After several reporting to concierge in person and phone have not heard from them yet. Very disappointed, never had a first day like this at any resort we have been till now.
