    Nelly takes care of of us!

    Nelly, our house keeper, did an excellent job keeping our room clean. Nelly worked with our beach going scheduled. She arrived the same time every day with a smile on her face and spring in her step. She cared for us and our apartment like a mother hen! We love Nelly and appreciate her work ethic!

    Great hotel choice

    Resort is clean and quiet. I love the peaceful environment without the crowds. Beachfront restaurants and wonderful grass umbrellas to sit under when on the shore. Large hot tub is cold but the small hot tub is working. Restaurant food is okay which has an added service charge in addition to a request for gratuities. Location is superb. Pools are plentiful and well maintained. My one bedroom suite with balcony was super nice although the jacuzzi was broken. The entire hotel cold water faucets were warm. Maybe that’s an Aruba thing? Water tasted fine after refrigeration or adding ice.

    Found Just What We Were Looking for at Divi Phoenix

    We had a wonderful, restorative four nights at the Divi Phoenix. The beach is beautiful and the hotel is excellent. We enjoyed several meals at PureBeach and PureOcean. The staff at this hotel is first rate. So friendly and helpful. Our room was older and will probably be renovated soon, but it was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of the ocean. We had massages at the spa by Kelly and Angeles. Simply wonderful!!! Our only complaint is that the hot tub was cold the entire time we were there. We highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a chill, relaxing vacation.

    Fabulous! A must when at Divi Phoenix ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I had the most relaxing massage done today by Claudia! I will go again! Atmosphere was comfortable, music was great! Her technique was firm and consistent! The area itself is clean and the staff i credible friendly. I love starting with a warm rose water foot soak! And end with aromatics! Simple wonderful!
