Apr 14, 2025The BEST all-inclusive in Cancun for casual yet sophisticated travelers!
Our Aqua Club Oceanfront room was perfectly located. Near the elevator and Aqua Club room, which opens at 7am. Straight down to P floor for gym, Spa -- and Starbucks, opens at 6am. Aqua Club is a MUST and made our vacation perfect -- with wonderful breakfasts --and appetizers and top shelf cocktails all day long. Great music with views and live evening easy-listening entertainment. It's a refuge from the masses and 1000% worth it. Our oceanfront room was perfect with double sinks, choice of aromatherapy daily, 2 housekeeping services daily, and consistent day and evening butlers, Maggie and Arturo, who provided reservations for dinner and beach cabana (ideal location A02). Always responsive with group chat on whatsapp. We appreciated that our room had 3 lighting levels and automatic open/close curtains. We loved the pillows, bed, and soft Egyptian Linens. Slept 8 hours plus every night! Yuridia was our housekeeper, and she was so friendly and accommodating -- and our rooms were kept in immaculate condition. The beach was magnificent. Always windy, 16mph+, which allowed us to be very comfortable without sweating in our cozy beach cabana, reserved and rented for the entire stay @ $85/day and 1000% worth it. Demien greeted us cheerfully each morning, and Josea took great care of brushing off all sand and setting us up with fresh towels, even providing additional sunning chairs next to the cabana. Cabana came with a 20minute foot massage daily, and all therapists arrived on time to deliver silent, heavenly treatment. Our area of the beach was quiet--with no noisy neighbors or pool music. The water was beautiful turquoise with minimal seaweed, and the sand was powdery soft without shells or rocks. Maria provided excellent service daily, refreshing our bucket of ice and bottled water. She would appear just as if reading our minds when we wanted a drink. The frequency of her gracious service was perfect too-- not too little and not too much. Maria was great communicating (as were our butlers) if they were going to be away for lunch or a day off. Loved that! To top that off, Lado and Jonathan, the Pool Concierges, stopped by to see if there was anything that could be done better to enhance our stay--that is over the top customer service. Shout out to Frank who was also provided happy & great pool service! Now, for the food. Suffice to say that ambience, service, presentation and food were superior at every venue (except buffets, which we don't do, at Siete.) Soft romantic yet modern music, wonderful aromas, and even live relaxing piano at MB's every night from 7-8:30pm. We dined 8 nights - 3 of which were at MB's and 2 at Hidden Garden, and every experience was excellent. Shout out to the chef, Mario, and the hostess, Monsterro, at Azur -- who made breakfasts magical, both in taste and presentation. One day, we happened to meet the Executive Chef, and we were delighted for the opportunity to pass along our compliments regarding his presentations, portions, and quality. On our last evening, we dined at MB's and Rudolpho made us feel like royalty. He surprised us with a Chef inspired dinner prepared especially for us -- with a sampler of 5 appetizers, habanero soup in a parmesan bread bowl (I still dream of this!), and a beautiful filet mignon and shrimp entree -- with pistachio gelato in hibiscus soup for dessert. WOW is all I can say. We had hydrotherapy at the Spa daily, and the service there was outstanding as well. I enjoyed a Honey Scrub-Wrap-Massage treatment from Daisy, and it was lovely! We travel the world and always select luxury ships (Regents and SilverSeas) and never less than 4-star land accommodations. We anticipated that we would enjoy Live Aqua, but our expectations were far exceeded. We've stayed at all-inclusive resorts in Cancun (and surrounding cities) several times, but Live Aqua (and the Aqua Club experience) stands head-and-shoulders above all the rest. We look forward to returning again and again!

Wonderful!
Eduard is a wonder hard working employee doing everything he can to please the guests. He is very attentive and makes sure we have all of our towels and the right cabana. He is very pleasant and a happy man. He is a great aspect to the team and very liked by all quests.

Wonderful, first visit to Live Aqua
We had an amazing first time at Live Aqua Resort in Cancun. The pool was a perfect place to relax with the beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea and excellent service. A special. thank you to Maria for being so kind and giving us so much attention. She made our time by the pool extra special and so much fun. Our dinner at MB was a stand out, truly the best steak I’ve had in a long time. The Habanero soup had just the right amount of spice, and the Caesar salad was a perfect addition. Big thanks to Diego and Cesar for the warm hug and sweet goodbye. They made us feel right at home we can’t wait to return.

Fantastic experience
This trip was amazing and the service was impeccable. Huge shoutout to the experience team down at the pool that made mine and my wife’s trip a 10/10 experience, thank you to Rodrigo, Jesus and Jonathan!!! We will be back again soon live aqua!

This is paradise!
We are currently staying at the resort and everything is a vibe! The staff is composed of a group of the nicest, most courteous people I've ever met. I've enjoyed my vacation thus far, the property, the service, the food & drinks are all top tier!
