  Exceeded our expectations and it wasn’t even close!

  This was our first vacation out of the states together and let me just say that Secrets Los Cabos has set the bar insanely high when it comes to future bookings. The staff was very attentive, they would call the room every day to check on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Unlike most all-inclusive resorts, the food here was outstanding. My girlfriend loved everything as did I. The staff at the restaurants were very friendly. The servers at the bars were fast and the drinks were great. Shoutout the entertainment for getting everyone engaged. I would live here if I could.

  Another Fantastic Vacation at Secrets!

  Travel dates 3/13/25-3/18/25 - this was our 3rd trip to Secrets Puerto Los Cabos since 2017 and it didn't disappoint - the resort was beautiful and clean like it always is - the food was excellent and the service was second to none - our room was very comfortable, clean and cool - we only had a couple of issues that did not take away from our vacation - one early morning at the pool there was a loud, angry guest - apparently she reserved a pool cabana and thought that she would just take the 4 lounge chairs in front of it when she came down late - well, that didn't go over well with us and the 2 other guests who actually came down early and rolled the towels out to reserve them - she confronted the cabana attendant "Sabir" (hope I spelled his name right) and was being so loud and vulgar that my wife had to step in and defend him - needless to say Sabir did an excellent job of diffusing the situation and she eventually calmed down - the other problem was with the pool behind Oceana - we reserved two lounge chairs on the East side small patio next to the pool early in the morning and later, while swimming in the pool, an employee approached me to ask our room number - after giving it he said we had to leave as this pool was only for Preferred Club guests - he was very polite and we moved back to the main pool - a few suggestions to management: 1. there should be a sign on the East side of Oceana, as you come up the ramp to the pool, that says that pool is for PC guests only, just like the sign that's on the other side of Oceana by the towel hut - 2. the resort is starting to show it's age and hopefully management will give all the areas a refresh before we return, especially the tall chairs in the Birdcage Bar that are a little rough - 3. returning guests, especially ones coming back for their 3rd time, should be offered an upgrade at check-in - we asked and were given expensive options on other rooms which we promptly declined - an no-charge upgrade to a Preferred Club room would have been nice - all in all we had a great time and will definitely come back!

  Great for Younger/Middle-Age Crowd

  Great staff, resort beautiful, but VERY large & spread out. Steps everywhere, some without handrails, on slick stone. Elevators were minimal & hidden/difficult to find. Rooms were spacious & bathroom was very accomodating, 2 separate sink areas, whirlpool tub & large double-headedshower. Pool was wonderful, except for limited handrails to assist in getting in/out. Water temperature was warm, bar accomodations outstanding, waitstaff exceptional. Food both at grills & dinner venues were limited in offerings. Beach was difficult to access due to number of steps required to get to it, plus red flagged due to ferocious waves. If our group was younger wouldn't have been an issue, but we had 14 retirees that all complained after day 1 of knee pain due to steps/length to get from point A to B.

  Beautiful resort, great food, and excellent service. Perfect relaxing getaway for our group of 12!

  The company retreat was a resounding success, with everyone thoroughly enjoying themselves. The food was delicious, the rooms were lovely, and the facilities were top-notch. Recommend investing in a larger gym for the guests, considering the resort has over 500 rooms. The current gym is quite small.

  Enjoyed Secrets Los Cabos!

  This is a beautiful property with stunning architecture and grounds. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We liked the bathroom with his and her separated sinks. There is a good variety of restaurants . The pool for club level Guests is especially nice and quiet with excellent service by the staff, especially Savir who was very polite and accommodating with guests questions and requests.
