    My stay in RIU Aruba

    My stay was excellent. Food was terrific, staff very friendly. The only thing, I would like to see more shadow places on the beach.

    Birthday celebration

    My husband took me to RIu Aruba and we had an amazing time. The food was good, the shows were good, the staff was extraordinary. Very friendly and willing to help out. Would definitely recommend to friends and can’t wait to come back

    Vacation 2025

    We joyed our stay at Rui Palace in January 2025, the property was very clean. We were disappointed in the quality of wine (yuck) also we had trouble getting in restaurants especially the Steakhouse when most of the table were not occupied,

    Great place and great location! One of the best beaches!

    We had a group of 16 of us for my son's 21st Birthday. Everything was great! We don't usually have dinner at the RIU we like to go down town to Gianni's or Daniels Steakhouse but we did have dinner one night at the RIU Steakhouse. If I had one complaint it would be the wait time but we really did not mine we were on vacation and we did have a large group! Things happen we are pretty easy going...This was our 3rd time staying at the RIU in Aruba we highly recommend it

    Riu Communication Lacking; acceptable venue

    We went with another family to this all-inclusive resort. After a long flight, we were famished and upon our arrival in the afternoon, we found that there were no places to eat, unless you wanted kid's hot dogs. Before we left, we asked Riu if there was going to be a NY's Eve Event and they said no so we booked 9 people for NY's Eve which cost $1,800. We later found this was not the case and requested a refund for the monies we could have saved if we were given the right communication. We would have stayed at Riu. When I approached Daniel the Asst. Mgr he said before we left to "trust" him. He would speak with sr. mgt and obtain a refund. This did not happen. Since the holiday is a busy time of the year, the bellhops were challenged in getting taxis. Book yourself. The food was okay; certainly a big selection. The Entertainment consisted of "high school" wannabees; nothing special, but with a few drinks, entertaining. Great lip singing. Casino was great for watching football but just a small gaming hall. Steak place was good, but could not make reservations so plan to arrive early. Beach and pool were okay. Sunsets were magnificent. Be prepared to put your towels down to get your chairs; not a good system there. Going off premises, kids had lot of fun doing wave runners, tubing and all of us did the ATVs - a must do. Bring water shoes. Rooms were adequate; shower nice, service strong but not looking to spend time in the room. Disappointed in communication and renege on promise to reimburse.
