My husband and I spent a week at this resort and were very impressed with the cleanliness of both the grounds and the rooms. All the staff were amazing The highlight for me was the amazing service that we received from Jesus Alanis (our waiter from the Oceania Restaurant). He was very attentive to us and remembered us from a previous meal there especially with my nut allergy. He has a very happy disposition and shared with us some of his own travel experiences. He truly made our first trip to Cancun a wonderful vacation that we will remember with smiles. Gracias Jesus!! Avon Thunder Bay Ontario Canada

Honest review
The activities were AMAZING and the workers were very nice. Also, Angel and the entertainment team are workers that I made friends with because I am 15 and we had so much fun together. Overall this experience was fantastic and I would love to go again! If you would like to go, right around Spring time would be the best in my opinion!

Best vacation ever 😃😃
Angel is the best worker he provides excellent services and cares about people the resorts are very fun and the workers help they have good food and they play fin sports on the beach like soccer and volleyball and there's pool volleyball and if you come you will have a grate time.

The Arcade
The arcade had very many activities for all ages, to enjoy along with the ressort The employe Miguel in this section was very kind and played taught us some skills in pool and showed the games other games to all of us. I would recommend this to all families at this resort.

Beautiful sand and sea experience
The room was very clean. The entertainment was phenomenal and the food was endless! If you don't get enough to eat at dinner, there's 24 hour room service! The pools were kept very clean and the staff were very accommodating, anything you need, just ask!
