Mirelle, karely, fer, Greg and viri have been great looking after our children at the kids club! They have loved all of the activities that they have done. The beach camp with bouncy castle, face painting and marshmallows was a bit hit! They have been on trips to the bowling alley and done lots of arts and crafts during the day.

Great place to be with friends
Was here for a wedding party in February. Beautiful venue. Resort was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Many of the pools had swim up bars and the ocean is a short distance away. There were many place to eat and the food was delicious at all of them!

Service, Service, Service this summarized our 10 days at at oceans.
From check-in to check-out, everyone was very attentive to making our experience great. Ariz was our Privilege concierge, and she is the best. Her attention to detail was second to none. Thank You, Ariz; you are a rockstar. We had the swim-up rooms, which were very clean and had beds that were a dream. The beach area was nice. I wish the ocean was a little better for swimming, but you quickly forget about that with the continuous service from the staff. Another stand out note was the shuttles, they see always available and you are never waiting.

AMAZING HOLIDAY
It was an amazing vacation the facilities were awesome! We stayed in privellage swim-up junior suite. Ariz was our concierge and of all the stays we have had in H10 we have never had a better concierge. Ariz took care of everything and constantly checked in to make sure our vacation was everything we wanted. We loved the service throughout the resort food was amazing beach was nice but ocean wasn’t easy to access so we stuck with the pools. Are group of 6 would highly recommend to anyone we are already planning our trip back in 2026 where will request Ariz in advance!

Great start to birthday celebration
When we arrived, it was quick check in with Yhara. She was great with getting us checked in and settle with our first drinks. Thank you for a great start to our stay. There is beautiful lobby with great service helping getting us and our luggage to our room.
