We attended this resort for a wedding. During our time here, we did many activities. Paula was one of the activity leaders and she was so much fun! We did so many activities that she lead, and her energy is contagious! The staff members are very helpful!

Hotel rooms were not in great shape at all we even got moved and the room was better except for the noise of them drilling and moving things around all day we could not even get a nap. The spa was excellent! Food was meh except for the hibachi table.

The staff at this resort were amazing and attentive. Paola was the absolute best and kept everybody engaged and ensured we had an excellent time. The room service wait times however were ridiculously long and many members of my party had issues with their room (I.e. leaks and termite infestations.)

Amazing
Erick at the entertainment He is the best ever so awesome. I can’t wait to come back and have him serve me again. The drinks are amazing always top shelf made with care and love. The resort is amazing. I can’t wait to come back! I love it. I love it here. I can’t wait to come back.

The shuttle was not included in the price and it was overpriced for the size and amenities available at the resort. There were several insects found in the room and some restaurants were VIP only. Resort is overpriced for the quality of experience.
