All the staff were very nice. The food at the restaurants were good my room was beautiful over looking the pool. There was a very nice young lady that met me on my arrival at the door, Her name is Georgina Macintosh she has helped me so much. I would of been lost without her help she did everything a butler would of done. She remained me of my daughter, I treat her like my daughter. I hope she'll there next year when I visit.

Exceptional!
The weekend of March 10th, I had the privilege to stay at your lustrous hotel. It was fabulous. Your 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 status of five is undoubtedly deserving. My stay was exceptional. Ms. Sue Yen was such a gem. Any organization has a staff member like Ms. Sue Yen will have continuous success. I look forward to staying with you again. Blessings!

Vacation and Wedding
Christopher Bailey was the best butler we could have asked for. Very attentive, friendly and had all the great places to recommend , much appreciated and plan to back for sure. Rasa at the coffee shop an absolute gem, Ace was spectacular and Deshawn a friendly face that will always be remembered. 10/10 for sure recommending

Highly recommend
Highly recommended, great service from Cedric, Rennardo, Devon, Omar, Melissa , Shelissa, Donovan, Tanya, Kenloy, Brenda and many more! The food is great, the snorkeling and beach are amazing! We look forward to coming back again next year!
