Best experience for ever and ever! We spend the best relax and comfort days with all the professional staff spoiling our self 🥰 LH Aguirre was our anfitrión and he was always taking care about us and all our inquiries. Thank you Aguirre for our honey moon surprise 🫶 A very special thank you for: Samuel ( Mura House waitress) Alexander and Christian (Mi Carisa waitress) Manuel ( pool bartender) Elijio, Lorena, Marcos (pool waitress) Diego ( pool staff) Thank you so much guys for your kindness service and for make us feel like a kings 👑 I hope we can meet us one day again!

Unico gets 5 stars for their friendly staff, beautiful property, and wonderful amenities! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of our rooms, the public facilities, restrooms, and other areas. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy for the duration of your stay. I would say the food is a step above the normal all-inclusive fare but not the quality you would get at non all-inclusive resort. Still, I was impressed with its quality being all-inclusive. The beach had a lot of seaweed in March 2025 so we spent most of the time at the pool. I would highly recommend this resort.

Why vacation anywhere else? This is perfection.........
Spent 7 amazing nights at Unico with another couple.. Never though a vacation could be this great. The food was the best we've ever had at an All Inclusive. Special shout out Mario our Butler.. He made sure every day of our vacation was perfect. Isaias Pech (pool concierge) at the quiet pool made sure our every need was met.. So did Diego pool concierge . And especially to Alex Lara our pre arrival concierge made sure all our special requests and dinner reservations were completed upon our arrival.. Why would vacation anywhere else? Already booked our return for Nov 2nd,2025....

Amazing resort
UNICO was fabulous. We do not have any complaints, the service was impeccable, food and drinks were amazing, as a non drinker I really appreciated all of the mocktail options. Every part of the resort was always spotless. Their employees really take pride in their jobs. Alexander and Eduardo our butlers were so accommodating and provided the greatest service. We will definitely be back to Unico.

Perfect in every way!
As always, just the perfect trip! Each time we vacation at Unico 2087, we can’t imagine the resort and service could get any better. And each time we visit, it’s better than ever! We had our regular outstanding butlers, Javier and Rodrigo. I don’t know how they do it, but they remember our favorite restaurants, places to visit, and activities. It’s a real pleasure to see them each time and the whole staff makes us feel like family. If there were a way for the 2 guys to be any more perfect at their jobs, I truly can’t see how. Often my husband and I wonder if the resort bosses know how amazing these 2 employees are. They truly are lovely, friendly, professional, and efficient. Among those fantastic employees of the resort are: Diana (a hostess at the Asian restaurant but soon to be a local host/butler program), Karen from guest services, Mendoza (local host), Danielle server at breakfast and lunch, and as always, Mercado, aka “Angel” who is one of favorite people in the world. These above names people as well as so many others, make us feel valued, welcomed, and like family. Do not hesitate to visit Unicorn 2087, and you will experience what we experience all the time.
