We stayed here for 8 nights. First visit to Mexico. Great location, lovely hotel, fantastic service. Everyone went out of their way to make our holiday special. We ate in all but one of the restaurants and all were good. Special mention to our waiter at Gaucho Restaurant (where we ate 3 times), Christian Julian, who was so helpful, friendly and polite and always smiling!

Awesome resort, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
The whole experience and stay was a 11/10. Everything summed up from customer service, to cleanliness, to taste of food in the restaurants, to the great ocean, and overall the entire hotel made the experience the best stay we have had in Cancun. Shoutout to Mr. Faustino, Jonathan from the entertainment department, and the head of security at the resort for providing great service and support.

Helpful customer service
Really appreciate the help from the management and front desk representative Gustavo. The beach at Royal Sands is good for small kids - not many waves and not deep. But for adults better look for hotels closer to zona hotelera, there is beautiful blue sea and whitest soft sand.

Thanksgiving weekend
Excellent staff entertainment team, Johnathan, Yamilet, Angie and her Natalia. Waitress and waiters A plus. Thnaksgiving night was amazing. Music, dancers. Beautiful beach and people. Everything was amazing about service and delicious food all restaurants.

The vacation of a lifetime
Amazing resort, staff is so friendly, 5 star top notch service, some of our highlights were the following employees: Bryan, Angie, Diana from the entertainment team, antonio the concierge and antonio the bartender. These staff members took a extra time to make us so welcomed will come again!
