  Great Beach, Service, and Food- Would go Back!

  This was our first time at an all-inclusive and our first trip to Cancun. We were very impressed with our stay and would definitely go back to the same resort! It had the perfect mix of couples and families, with not too many kids running around wild. We chose this resort because it has a better beach and that proved to be true. It was shallow for quite some distance and the water was incredible. Not too rough even though it was windy during our stay and it was raked and maintained. Resort activities were very fun- volleyball, ocean football, pool games, and the nightly shows were all hits! Shout out to Natalia who befriended our small group and checked in on us a lot. She and all of the resort staff are so fun and personable! The service was exceptional and the food was great as well. Plenty of options for sit down and order restaurants and the buffet was delicious as well. Our only little complaint was that the bed and pillows weren't the comfiest and the room was a little hotter than we'd like, but we stayed on the 10th floor. Overall we would highly recommend this resort!!

  Amazing vacation spot

  The resort was beautiful! Elmer at the lounge bar was great! Gustavo and Djana were the best! Diane had the best water aerobics! My only complaint is that the hot tub is not consistently open during the same times so we could not rely on it which was disappointing to my family.

  Outstanding Resort in Cancun *****

  Recently came back from a four-day, three-night vacation at Dreams Sands Cancun Resort & Spa. I had been here over 11 years ago when it was under different brand ownership, and Dreams, WELL-DONE! This resort has everything you are looking for when wanting to escape to beautiful Cancun for a vacation. The beach is by far one of the best that I have experienced with the cleanest, shallow and various shades of blue; the ideal beach for children, or adults like me to just float with a beverage in tow. The food exceeded our expectations with an amazing Mexican spread and show for Mexican night, to walking by Barracuda one afternoon to be surprised with offer of freshly made paella. Although, the food, rooms, cleanliness of the resort, beach, pool are main factors and importance for people when vacationing, I would have to say it is the staff that makes this place, a world-class experience and the vacation place to be; they truly want to make you feel special, and at their home in Cancun. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone, as with the exemplary staff, it is truly an outstanding resort. As a loyal World of Hyatt member, they too should be proud for having this resort in their portfolio. Gracias para todos, Dreams Sands!

  An afternoon of care

  I spent my afternoon at the spa and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I am a tad reluctant to allow myself these indulgences but I left with no regrets. Isreal walked me though the hydrotherapy path offering me crushed ice, cucumbers, and a cold cloth for my face when I needed it. After the hydrotherapy treatment I was treated to an 80 minute massage with Gloria and I honestly say as a RMT myself that I was impressed with her ability to intuitively understand what my body needed. Thank you both for taking care of me!! I will be back.

  Dream Sands Solo was Amazing

  Dream sands hotel staff was amazing except one sales guy, but besides him the rest of the staff was amazing. The beach is beautiful but the area is small, not enough shade, not enough chairs to lay, the pools are small, too many kids, they take over the pool. The room was okay, I loved the view tho. Overall the trip was great.
