    Begin the morning with a cup of local brew at a sunny indoor/outdoor cafe. Serving premium coffee and snacks in a casual, relaxed atmosphere, the Coco Café is a favorite among guests.  Late-night bites include sandwiches, fruits, yogurt and pastries.

    A very enjoyable holiday at an excellent resort

    An excellent resort with comfortable rooms, very good restaurants with different cuisines to suit your taste, cafes, bars and live evening entertainment. There is so much to do at the resort apart from sitting beside the various pools and enjoying the sandy beach and sea. The staff are friendly and provide a good service, with the concierge assigned to you most knowledgeable and helpful. We will be visiting again!

    Awesome couples getaway

    This was our first visit to Secrets Cap Cana and it was awesome. The resort is very beautiful, clean and the food was delicious. The entire staff is very friendly and will do anything to make your stay a great experience. Our Butler Ricardo made our stay extra special as he was fun to talk to and checked on us multiple times per day. We had a couple of small issues and he took care of them without us having to do anything. We never left the resort as there was no need to. The only thing I found disappointing was they had the ocean at the beach roped off so we couldn't take the Catamarans past the rope. This made it very difficult to sail especially with people swimming in the water so we did not do this. All of the restaurants were Very good, the coffee cafe was open 24 hours which was nice as we are early risers. We go to an all-inclusive every year and this was definitely one of our favorites and we will go back

    This resort was AMAZING! Will definitely be going back in the near future. The property was immaculate and clean. Every staff member I encountered was polite and smiling. Only thing that probably won’t do again is the preferred member upgrade option. I didn’t see my of a gain. Maybe I missed something. Don’t feel it was worth it. Added $500 plus to our stay and I got no band or anything to identify me as one. Walked into everything as did everyone else.

    Excellent Stay, Exceptional Service

    Secrets Cap Cana exceeded our every expectation. The service, the food, and the beauty of the resort are unparalleled. Every time we needed something, our needs were met. The beach area has so much space and the sand is beautiful and walkable. We will for sure return!

    Beautiful but hope they renovate the rooms soon.

    Mostly loved the resort. The property is beautiful and the staff is really amazing. The musty/moldy room smell was a real problem for us. We switched rooms and buildings but it persisted. It seemed to us that the AC either needs to be cleaned or replaced because it just can keep up with the humidity issues. The staff does their best and will bring you a dehumidifier and sprays/damp rid, but it's tough. Without the dehumidifier our room was 70% humidity with the AC on. With it, we could get humidity down to 45-50% but the room got hot. If you are sensitive to smells or have allergies/asthma, it's a real issue. Otherwise, the rooms are dated but kept up very well and very clean and we found the beds comfortable. We would return if the rooms are renovated because the smell was too rough for us. We though the food was great, especially the duck confit at the French restaurant and the grouper at the seafood restaurant. We also really loved the front lobby and the Coco Cafe, which is open 24/hours. The shows and activities all were fun....the singers and entertainers are really talented. We did Preferred and it was very nice but we would have been just fine without it. I think the value would be mainly in access to sitting on the quiet sides of the pools and beach....and the Preferred sides are 100% quieter and more peaceful. The water on the preferred beach was full of seaweed when we were there so we always went to the non-preferred side anyway. Our butler was really helpful and nice.....all the staff was awesome. They seem to hire the best people. The spa was beautiful. We made a reservation through an email offer from the resort and they did not have it on record when we got there. We ended up having to do a shorter treatment which was a bummer but it was very good. If they renovate the rooms, we would love to return!
